職責
(a) 就綜合廢物管理設施第一期的設計及建造提供專業工程意見，以及就項目的合約糾紛和索償評估提供專業意見；
(b) 管理綜合廢物管理設施第一期的土木工程與機電工程的配合事宜，及監管建造、安裝、測試及營運的項目進度；
(c) 為使綜合廢物管理設施第一期的設計具成本效益及如期建造，就土木工程事宜提供專業支援及技術建議；
(d) 督導綜合廢物管理設施第一期的合約管理顧問並就其「設計、建造及營運」的合約管理事宜提供專業支援及技術建議；
(e) 就與政府部門、公用設施、持份者、合約管理顧問以及承建商關於綜合廢物管理設施第一期的設計及建造的聯絡工作提供專業工程意見；及
(f) 執行獲派的其他相關工作。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括晚上和周末；以及(b)不時在戶外和偏遠地區工作。

(a) To provide engineering advice and contractual inputs to disputes and claim assessments for the design and construction of Integrated Waste Management Facilities Phase 1 (IWMF1);
(b) To manage interfacing issues between civil works and electrical and mechanical (E&M) works of IWMF1 as well as the programme of construction, installation, and testing and commissioning;
(c) To provide management with professional support and technical advice in respect of civil engineering for the cost-effective design and timely construction of IWMF1;
(d) To steer the contract administration consultants as well as to provide professional support and technical advice in respect of managing the DBO contract of IWMF1;
(e) To provide professional engineering advice on liaisons with government departments, utilities, stakeholders, contract administration consultants and contractors regarding the design and construction of IWMF1; and
(f) To carry out other relevant duties as may be required.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regarded to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends; and (b) work occasionally outdoors and in remote location.

(b) 具有最少十五年管理大型基建工程項目或大型廢物處理處置設施項目的工作經驗（高級工程師或以上職位），包括:
(i) 在管理建造工程的土木工程與機電工程的配合事宜方面具有最少兩年工作經驗；
(ii) 在處理建造工程合約糾紛和索償評估方面具有最少兩年工作經驗;
(iii) 具備最少一年採用「設計、建造及營運」合約模式的項目工作經驗者佔優;
(iv) 具備最少一年「組裝合成」項目工作經驗者佔優;
(v) 具備最少一年焚化項目工作經驗者佔優;及
(c) 具備良好程度的中英文會話及書寫能力。

(a) Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent;
(b) At least 15 years’ working experience in project management (in the role of senior engineer or above) of large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects or large-scale waste treatment and disposal facilities projects, among which:-
(i) At least two years’ working experience in handling interfacing issues between civil works and electrical and mechanical (E&M) works during construction;
(ii) At least two years’ working experience in handling construction disputes and claims;
(iii) At least one year’s working experience in design-build-operation (DBO) contracts is preferred;
(iv) At least one year’s experience in modular integrated construction (MiC) projects is preferred;
(v) At least one year’s experience in incineration projects is preferred; and
(c) Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
