職責
(a) 支援創意香港有關便利營商的工作,積極與設計業(尤其是時裝設計業)的持份者保持關係,並且與個別設計師及設計協會聯繫和合作,以便就政府政策、策略及措施,以及在香港發展設計業及設計思維遇到的機會及挑戰收集意見;
(b) 就『深水埗設計及時裝基地』現正進行的發展提供意見,包括與設計業持份者及相關政府部門聯繫和收集意見,監督基地的項目管理及樓宇管理工作,以及提供有關財務管理的支援;
(c) 促進及推行設計圓桌會議提出的措施;
(d) 處理所有與設計有關的聯繫及政策事宜,例如香港、內地及海外的跨境合作;
(e) 協助審核、監察和處理具創意元素(尤其是設計)的項目資助申請及進度/完成報告,例如時裝創業培育計劃、發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項基金(BUD專項基金)及設計思維的項目申請;
(f) 為香港的設計業辨識和安排在本港、內地及海外舉行的設計合作活動,並發掘市場潛力及商機;
(g) 為高級官員在出席/主持活動、出席會議和接受傳媒訪問時,就演辭、發言稿/訪問稿及簡介提供意見,並提供禮賓、接待及後勤支援;
(h) 協助監督有關支援和發展元創坊具創意元素的事項;以及
(i) 執行由上級指派的其他職務。
註:
(i) 遇有職務需要,受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。
(ii) 入選的申請人須參加筆試及面試。

(a) To support CreateHK’s trade facilitation-related efforts and maintain relationships proactively with stakeholders in the design industries, especially the fashion design industries and to liaise and collaborate with individual designers and design associations for collecting views in respect of Government policies, strategies and initiatives, opportunities and challenges on development of design industries and design thinking in Hong Kong;
(b) To provide input to the ongoing development of Sham Shui Po (SSP) Design and Fashion Project, including liaising with and collecting views of stakeholders in the design industries and relevant Government departments, overseeing the project management and building management of the project and providing support relevant to financial management;
(c) To facilitate the implementation of initiatives arising from Design Roundtable;
(d) To handle all liaison and policy matters related to design such as cross-border collaborations between Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas;
(e) To assist in vetting, monitoring and handling matters related to funding applications and progress/completion reports of projects bearing creative elements, especially of design, such as Fashion Incubation Programme, Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund) and design thinking project applications;
(f) To identify and arrange design-related collaboration, explore market potentials and business opportunities locally in Hong Kong and in the Mainland and overseas;
(g) To provide inputs for speeches, speaking/interview notes and briefs, and provide protocol, hospitality and logistical support to top/senior officials to attend/officiate at events, and to attend meetings and media interviews;
(h) To assist in overseeing matters relating to the support for and the development of creative elements of the PMQ; and
(i) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Notes:
(i) Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
(ii) Shortlisted candidates are required to attend a written examination and interview(s).

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline;
(b) Attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent[Note];
(c) A minimum of ten years’ post-qualification working experience related to marketing, community engagement, public relations or corporate communications in a well-established institution/organisation/corporation related to the design or fashion industries, preferably with at least six years’ experience at managerial level;
(d) Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, high standard of report writing skills in both English and Chinese, and sound knowledge of application software (including English and Chinese word processing, Excel and Powerpoint); and
(e) The ability to work independently, strong problem-solving, analytical, organising and communication skills. Experience in project management in government or quasi-government bodies or public service sector will be an advantage.
[Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
