職責
(1) 制訂香港郵票的市場推廣和銷售策略,以達到集郵品收入目標;
(2) 研究和推行數碼營銷計劃,包括網站優化、社交媒體策略,以及視頻廣告;
(3) 策劃並推行新郵票和集郵品的宣傳計劃,包括大眾媒體和非大眾媒體宣傳活動、參與海外和本地郵展、與有關各方聯合宣傳,以及開拓其他銷售渠道;
(4) 向社區和教育機構進一步推廣郵票和集郵品,並開發郵票和集郵品的紀念品市場;
(5) 採取各種可行方法向市民大眾推廣集郵;
(6) 評估財務表現和有效監管預算;以及
(7) 管理和帶領一支市場推廣隊伍,務求達到議定目標。

(1) To formulate marketing and sales strategies for Hong Kong stamps to achieve philatelic revenue target;
(2) To develop and implement digital marketing programmes which cover website optimisation, social media strategy and video advertising;
(3) To plan and implement promotion programmes for new stamp issues and philatelic products including the above and below-the-line promotion activities, participation in stamp exhibitions, joint promotion with the relevant parties and exploring other sales channels;
(4) To expand the reach of stamps and philatelic products in the community and educational institutions, and to develop the souvenir market with stamp and philatelic items;
(5) To promote philately to the general public with every possible means;
(6) To evaluate the financial performance and monitor the budget effectively; and
(7) To manage and lead a team of marketing staff to achieve the agreed target.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港任何一所大學頒授的工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於10年工作經驗,其中最少7年擔任與銷售和市場推廣有關的管理職位;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備極佳的口頭和書面溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(5) 具備卓越的領導能力和人際技巧;
(6) 具備商業頭腦,高瞻遠矚,力求創新,主動投入,並積極進取;
(7) 分析、獻策和演說能力超卓;以及
(8) 能夠出示銷售和市場推廣方面的經驗證明,並且卓有成就。

(1) A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification full time working experience, with at least 7 years in a management position related to sales and marketing;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in computer skills;
(5) Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills;
(6) Commercial mindset with foresight, innovation, proactiveness, and self-motivation;
(7) Excellent analytical, advisory and public speaking ability; and
(8) Proven sales and marketing track record and record of achievement.

2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
