- (a)統籌政府飛行服務隊啟德分部項目的執行事宜；
- (b)就政府飛行服務隊啟德分部運作與啟德發展用地相關聯的統籌事宜上與承建部門、政府工務部門及其他持份者協調；
- (c)就模擬飛行訓練中心項目相關聯的事宜與承建部門、政府工務部門、承辦商及其他持份者協調；
- (d)與製造商協調模擬飛行訓練器的相關事宜；及
- (e)因應需要執行其他職務。
職責
- (a)To coordinate the implementation of the GFS Kai Tak Division project;
- (b)To coordinate with works agent, works departments and other stakeholders on matters relating to the interfacing issue between the operations at GFS Kai Tak Division and other activities in the Kai Tak Development Area;
- (c)To coordinate with works agent, works departments, consultant, contractors and other stakeholders on matters relating to the implementation of the FSTC project;
- (d)To coordinate with the FSTD manufacturer on matters relating to the FSTD project; and
- (e)To carry out any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格：
- (a)持有香港民航處《香港航空要求–66(航空器維修執照)》B1.3或B2 類別﹔
- (b)熟悉直升機的運作與性能，對直升機模擬飛行訓練器的運作與性能亦有良好瞭解者尤佳；
- (c)熟悉彙編直升機的維修日程；
- (d)具備資深的工程工作背景及能力與經驗；
- (e)持有香港工程師學會航空界別的法定會員資格，或具同等會員資格；
- (f)對政府飛行服務隊的運作有良好瞭解者尤佳；
- (g)熟悉政府的運作程序，並具備最少三年管理及統籌政府工務項目的工作經驗；
- (h)具備最少三年審批承辦商提交的技術文件的工作經驗；
- (i)具備最少二十年督導階層的工作經驗；及
- (j)具有良好中英文會話及書寫能力。
Candidates should -
- (a)be a holder of Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) Aircraft Maintenance License (HKAR-66) with Category B1.3 or B2;
- (b)have good knowledge in helicopter operation and performance with preferably fair knowledge in helicopter simulator operation and performance;
- (c)have good understanding on compilation of maintenance schedule on helicopters;
- (d)have high level engineering background with proven ability and experience;
- (e)be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE) in the aircraft discipline, or equivalent;
- (f)preferably have a fair understanding of the operation of the GFS;
- (g)have good knowledge of government procedures and at least three years of experience in managing and coordinating government works projects;
- (h)have at least three years of experience in vetting technical documents submitted by contractors;
- (i)have at least twenty years of experience working in a supervisory position; and
- (j)have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
