職責
(a)就發展學生評估資源庫(STAR)及網上學與教支援(WLTS)提供專業支援,包括開發工作、質素控制、試用新的評估課業/項目,以及籌辦相關中小學英文科宣傳活動;
(b)協助為基本能力評估項目、基本能力評估及評估素養統籌委員會及其工作小組提供所需的行政和專業支援,包括擬備檢討報告和其他文件的英文本;
(c)與學校英文科教師合力製作學與教支援教材並進行研究和推展項目,以提高中小學英文科的學與教成效;
(d)協助籌劃、安排和開辦專業發展課程,以在中小學推廣促進學習的評估和作為學習的評估,並提高學校的評估素養;
(e)協助籌劃和舉辦工作坊或講座,供家長和不同持份者(包括校董)參加,以推廣評估素養,使參加者對運用評估數據促進學習建立正面且正確的態度;以及
(f)執行上級委派的其他職務。

(a) To provide professional support in the development of the Student Assessment Repository (STAR) and Web-based Learning and Teaching Support (WLTS) platforms, including the development, quality control and trying out of new assessment tasks/items and conducting relevant publicity activities for English Language at primary and secondary levels;
(b) To assist in maintaining the necessary administrative and professional support to the Basic Competency Assessment (BCA) Project and the Coordinating Committee on BCA and Assessment Literacy and its working groups, including preparing the English version of the review reports and other documents;
(c) To assist in developing learning and teaching support materials and conducting studies and projects in collaboration with English Language teachers of primary and secondary schools for enhancing the learning, teaching and assessment of English Language;
(d) To assist in planning, organising and conducting professional development programmes on assessment for learning, assessment as learning and enhancement of assessment literacy in schools at both primary and secondary levels;
(e) To assist in organising and conducting workshops or seminars for parents and different stakeholders, including school managers, to promote assessment literacy and to encourage them to cultivate a positive and right attitude towards the application of assessment data to serve the purpose of assessment for learning; and
(f) To perform other duties as assigned by the supervising officers.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授主修英文的學士學位,或主修英文的教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷 ;
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別考獲第2級及第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[註];
(d)在取得有關學歷後,具備不少於6年在小學或中學英文學習領域教學及/或課程發展的經驗,當中包括不少於4年為中學程度。具備4年或以上負責相關督導工作經驗者優先;以及
(e)擁有以下的條件者優先:(i)良好的溝通及人際關係技巧;(ii)良好的電腦應用知識;(iii)擁有以多媒體協助開發小學及/或中學教學及評估資源的知識和經驗。

(c)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別考獲第2級及第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[註];

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note), or equivalent;
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and/or curriculum development in the subject of English Language at primary or secondary level, of which at least 4 years should be at secondary school level. Preference will be given to candidates who have 4 or more years of experience at relevant supervisory level; and
(e) Preference will be given to candidates with (i) good communication and interpersonal skills; (ii) good computer skills; and (iii) knowledge and experience in development of resource materials for learning and assessment at primary and/or secondary levels with the use of multimedia.

政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
