見習職級薪級表第4點(每月15,310元)至見習職級薪級表第6點(每月17,370元)
職責
見習技術主任(土木工程) 在為期三年内主要調派往接受與下列範疇有關的培訓，以及在部門認為有需要的情況下修讀全日制或兼讀課程–
(a) 製備各類與土木工程有關的圖則、圖表、簡報及簡圖；
(b) 進行簡單工程計算及間中執行工地職務；以及
(c) 協助簡單的電腦操作和提供電腦技術支援。
(註：獲取錄的申請人可能派往其他政府部門工作；可能須輪班或不定時工作、執行戶外職務以及在颱風、惡劣天氣情況及其他緊急事故發生時執行緊急和隨時候召職務。)

A Technical Officer Trainee (Civil) is mainly deployed on undergoing training including on-the-job training in the following areas and attending full-time or part-time course, if considered necessary by the Department, for a period of three years –
(a) preparing drawings, charts, presentation and diagrams of all types relating to civil engineering work;
(b) making simple engineering calculations and undertaking occasional site assignments; and
(c) assisting in simple computer operation and providing computing support.
(Notes: Selected candidates may be posted to other government departments; and may be required to work shifts or irregular hours, perform outdoor duties, and perform emergency and on-call duties during typhoon, severe weather conditions and other emergency events.)

入職條件
申請人必須－
(a) (i) 持有香港其中一間理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的土木工程、結構工程或建造管理學證書[註(1)]，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 在香港中學文憑考試（文憑考試）數學科考獲第3級或以上成績，並於另外四科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，其中包括物理／組合科學(生物、物理)／組合科學(化學、物理)／綜合科學科[註(2)及(3)]，或取得同等成績；或
(iii) 在香港中學會考（中學會考）數學科考獲C級或以上成績，並於另外四科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，其中包括物理科或工程科學科[註(3)及(4)] ，或取得同等成績(技術繪圖科考獲E級或以上者可獲得優先考慮) ;
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在文憑考試或中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績 [註(4)]，或取得同等成績; 以及
(c) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績 [註(6)]。

Candidates should have -
(a) (i) obtained a Certificate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college [Note (1)], or equivalent; or
(ii) Level 3 or above in Mathematics and Level 2 or equivalent or above in four other subjects including Physics / Combined Science (Biology & Physics) / Combined Science (Chemistry & Physics) / Integrated Science in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [Note (2) and (3)], or equivalent; or
(iii) Grade C or above in Mathematics and Level 2 / Grade E or above in four other subjects including Physics or Engineering Science in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note (3) and (4)], or equivalent (preference will be given to those who have Grade E or above in Technical Drawing);
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE [Note (4)], or equivalent; and
(c) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [Note (6)].

入職條件(註)
(1)如申請人獲聘任時已獲取由香港其中一間理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的土木工程、結構工程或建造管理學文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷，將不獲考慮擔任見習技術主任(土木工程)職位。成功獲聘的申請人將須就此作出宣誓。
(2)政府在聘任公務員時，文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(3)所述的科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
(4)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(5)申請人所有資歷以截止申請日期或之前為準。
(6)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
