職責
(a) 支援策劃、發展及檢視與加強價值觀教育(包括《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育)相關課程的工作,包括製作學與教資源、策劃和組織教師培訓課程,以及進行學校探訪,以支援落實推行《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育;
(b) 支援策劃、發展及檢視生活與社會科課程,包括製作學與教資源、策劃和組織教師培訓課程,以及進行學校探訪,以支援落實生活與社會科課程;
(c) 支援個人、社會及人文教育學習領域的「主要課程發展重點」的推行,包括製作學與教資源、策劃和組織教師培訓課程,以及進行學校探訪,以促進「主要課程發展重點」在人文科目落實推行;
(d) 評審教科書及學與教資源;
(e) 組織和推行教師和學生活動 (包括內地學習團及跨課程活動),促進落實推行《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育、生活與社會科課程,以及「主要課程發展重點」;
(f) 參與各項與《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育、「主要課程發展重點」,以及個人、社會及人文教育最新趨勢的有關研究,包括試驗新課程模式及創意學與教策略;以及
(g) 執行上司委派的其他職務。

(f) 參與各項與《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育、「主要課程發展重點」,以及個人、社會及人文教育最新趨勢的有關研究,包括試驗新課程模式及創意學與教策略;以及
(g) 執行上司委派的其他職務。
(a) To support the planning, development and review of curricula relating to strengthening values education (including Constitution, Basic Law and national security education (CBLNSE)), including the production of curriculum support resources, planning and organisation of teacher professional development programmes, as well as carrying out of school visits to support the implementation of CBLNSE;
(b) To support the planning, development and review of the Life and Society curriculum, including the production of curriculum support resources, planning and organisation of teacher professional development programmes, as well as carrying out of school visits to support the implementation of the Life and Society curriculum;
(c) To support the implementation of the "key focuses for curriculum development" of the Personal, Social and Humanities Education Key Learning Area (PSHE key focuses), including production of curriculum support resources, planning and organisation of teacher professional development programmes, as well as carrying out of school visits to promote the implementation of the PSHE key focuses in subjects in the Personal, Social and Humanities Education Key Learning Area (PSHE subjects);
(d) To review textbooks and curriculum support resources;
(e) To organise and conduct activities for teachers and students (including Mainland study tours and cross-curricula initiatives) to support the implementation of CBLNSE, the Life and Society curriculum and the PSHE key focuses;
(f) To participate in research and development projects related to CBLNSE, the PSHE key focuses and latest trends in personal, social and humanities education, including piloting of new curriculum models and innovative learning and teaching strategies; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned.

(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷 [參閱註(ii)];
(c) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於6年在初中個人、社會及人文教育學習領域教授人文科目及/或課程發展的經驗 [參閱註(iv)];
(d) 符合語文能力要求,在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用] 中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)];
(e) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[參閱註(v)];
(f) 對個人、社會及人文教育學習領域的課程發展有豐富知識和經驗;以及對本地教育制度具良好理解;
(g) 對個人、社會及人文教育在本地及國際的最新發展具良好理解;以及
(h) 具備以下條件者優先:(i)在學校領導《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育推行的經驗;(ii)在學校初中階段有教授生活與社會科的教學經驗;以及(iii)持有課程研究的高等學位,如碩士或博士學位,或具備同等學歷。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Arts or Social Sciences (preferably with a major in Political Science/Government and Public Administration/China Studies/other relevant disciplines related to personal, social and humanities education), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in teaching PSHE subjects and/or curriculum development in the Personal, Social and Humanities Education Key Learning Area (PSHE KLA) at junior secondary level [See Note (iv)];
(d) Met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(e) A pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [See Note (v)];
(f) Possess sound knowledge and experience in curriculum development in the PSHE KLA as well as good understanding of the local education system;
(g) Possess good understanding of current trends of personal, social and humanities education in local and international contexts; and
(h) Preference will be given to candidates who (i) have experience of leading the implementation of Constitution, Basic Law and national security education in schools; (ii) have experience in teaching Life and Society at junior secondary level in secondary schools; and (iii) possess a higher degree (e.g. a second/higher degree) in curriculum studies, or equivalent.

(iii) 綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是教育局課程主任職位的入職條件。《基本法及香港國安法》測試會考核申請人的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
