- (1)協助提供採購、工程管理及督導合約工程，包括審核承建商提交的文件、查核送交工地及已完成安裝的物料和設備、質量監管、進行工地測量和記錄測量結果、備存工地記錄，核實及確認工地完成量以及審核承建商的申索；
- (2)監督屋宇裝備裝置工程計劃及進度，包括工地安全、環保等方面的合約要求和程序；
- (3)巡視建築工地、香港郵政的場地及設施，並擬備工程的費用預算；
- (4)協助處理日常相關行政工作；以及
- (5)可能需要(a)不定時／在偏遠地區／在惡劣環境下工作；(b)執行緊急工作；(c)穿著保護衣物；(d)攜帶手提電話；及(e)執行其他不時指定的職務。
職責
- (1)To assist in procurement, project management, supervising contract works, including vetting of contractors’ submissions, verifying materials and equipment delivered and installed on site, ensuring quality of workmanship, making and recording site measurements, maintaining site records, verifying and certifying the site works done, and verifying contractors’ claims;
- (2)To monitor contractual requirements and programs of building services installation works and procedures such as site safety, environmental protection, etc.;
- (3)To inspect building sites, Hongkong Post venues and facilities, and to prepare cost estimates for works;
- (4)To assist in day-to-day administration of works; and
- (5)May be required
- (a)to work irregular hours / in remote areas / in harsh conditions;
- (b)to perform emergency duty;
- (c)to wear protective clothing;
- (d)to carry mobile phone; and
- (e)to perform any other duties as specified from time to time.
入職條件
- (1)取得香港理工學院／理工大學、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的電機或機械或電力裝置或屋宇裝備工程的文憑或高級證書，或同等學歷；
- (2)取得上述資格後在屋宇裝備裝置工程安裝及監督方面累積滿七年的相關經驗；
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前為「E級」）或以上成績，或同等成績；
- (4)具備良好的會話和書寫能力，並熟悉電腦操作；
- (5)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及
- (6)勤奮進取，並具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Electrical Installation or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent;
- (2)7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in building services installation and site supervision;
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (4)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage;
- (5)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and
- (6)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
