職責
主要職責包括:
(a) 為行政長官及其家人,以及到訪的貴賓準備食材和烹調食物;
(b) 在香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅及其他地方舉行的官式及社交宴會提供餐飲服務;
(c) 設計餐單;
(d) 協助採購食材;
(e) 安排及打點日常廚房運作,包括處理食物、清潔及保養煮食用具等工作;以及
(f) 執行其他獲指派的相關職務。
(註:獲取錄的申請人須(a)超時及不定時工作,包括在晚間、周六、周日及公眾假期工作;(b)在宿舍住宿;(c)穿著制服;以及(d)奉派香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅和其他地方工作。)

Major duties are:
(a) to prepare food and provide cooking service to the Chief Executive, his family and guests;
(b) to provide meals for both official and social functions in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required;
(c) to design menus;
(d) to assist in purchasing food and ingredients;
(e) to undertake daily kitchen operation including food handling, cleaning and maintaining cooking utensils, etc.; and
(f) to perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
(Note: Successful candidate is required to (a) work overtime and irregular hours including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; (b) live in quarters; (c) wear uniform; and (d) be deployed to work in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required.)

(b) 能操流利粵語和簡單英語,並能閱讀和書寫簡單中文及英文;懂基本電腦文書處理者為佳;以及
(c) 兼具其他地方菜式知識/烹飪經驗者為佳;持有烹飪相關學歷者將獲優先考慮。

(b) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; be able to read and write simple Chinese and English; ability of basic computer word processing is preferred; and
(c) have knowledge/experience in other cuisines or have culinary qualification is an advantage.
