職責
(1) 協助處理人力資源管理及工作表現管理的相關事宜;
(2) 協助進行招聘工作及處理聘任相關事宜;
(3) 提供一般行政支援及處理投訴;
(4) 協助擬訂預算及人力需求計劃;
(5) 協助監察預算及開支;以及
(6) 籌辦研討會及分享會。

入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,在人力資源管理或辦公室行政方面累積不少於三年工作經驗,曾擔任管理或行政職位者尤佳;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備良好的語言和書寫能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(5) 具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃/項目管理技巧;以及
(6) 心思縝密,能獨立工作,積極主動,樂於投身團隊工作。

(1) A recognised Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification working experience in human resources management or office administration, preferably in managerial/executive positions;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer usage;
(5) Good organising, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and
(6) Detail-minded, able to work independently and demonstrate the qualities of a committed and self-motivated team player.

2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
