- (a)在康樂及文化事務署轄下的指定場地售賣城市售票網門票；
- (b)處理公眾有關票務的查詢；及
- (c)執行上司指派的其他職務。
註：
兼職票務助理須輪班及不定時工作，包括於晚上、週末及公眾假期當值；和按個別場地指示在工作時穿着制服。
獲取錄者會被安排到香港文化中心或其他康樂及文化事務署演藝科轄下的表演場地工作，部門會考慮獲取錄者的居住地點、全職工作地點（如有）及個人意願委派獲取錄者到指定地點工作，但一切決定以部門實際需要為主。一經聘用及簽約，獲取錄者不得更改工作地點。
職責
- (a)To sell tickets at the URBTIX outlets in designated venue
- (s)of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department;
- (b)To handle public enquiries about ticketing matters; and
- (c)To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Note:
Part-time Ticketing Assistants are required to work shifts and irregular hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and wear uniform at work as instructed by designated venues.
Successful candidates will be assigned to work in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre or other performance venues under the Performing Arts Division of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The Department will consider the successful candidates’ areas of residence and the location of full-time jobs (if any), as well as their preferences when assigning their work location. Once the contract is signed, the work location of the successful candidates cannot be altered.

- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科，包括中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科，取得第2級或同等〔註(1)〕或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或

- (ii)在香港中學會考五科，包括中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科，取得第2級〔註(2)〕／E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (b)具備最少2年全職工作經驗；
- (c)能閱讀及書寫中文及英文，操流利廣東話、英語及普通話；
- (d)熟悉電腦操作；及
- (e)具票務工作經驗，或可獲優先考慮。

- (d)be familiar with computer applications; and
- (e)have working experience in ticketing operation may be an advantage.

- (1)政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（最多計算兩科）「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
