職責
(a) 協助統籌市場資訊、情報、社交媒體數據和其他有用的資訊來源,以分析目標人才群集,並研究接觸人才的適當策略和模式;
(b) 協助制訂及進行大型宣傳計劃、推廣訊息、各界別/技能的推介資料和政府為特定行業提供資助的資料,並以傳統和線上方式,主動接觸目標人才;
(c) 協助統籌香港人才服務窗口線上平台的推廣內容,並定期更新內容;
(d) 協助與香港駐內地及海外的經濟貿易辦事處統籌宣傳和聯繫計劃,並因應不同市場人才群組的特點,制訂合適的活動和項目;
(e) 物色合適的顧問和服務供應商,以推行經核准的宣傳、市場推廣和聯繫策略,並在執行過程中進行合約管理;
(f) 協助進行以下工作:推廣香港人才服務窗口、協調處理傳媒查詢、籌辦香港人才服務窗口的本地公關活動;以及
(g) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職務。

(a) to assist in coordinating market leads, intelligence, social media data and other useful sources to analyse clusters of target talents and consider appropriate outreaching strategies and modes;
(b) to assist in developing and carrying out mass publicity plans, promotional messages, sectoral/skill-based pitching materials, and information on government support to specific businesses, in both conventional and online approaches, to proactively reach out to target talents;
(c) to assist in coordinating the promotional content at HKTE’s online platform and conducting the regular updates;
(d) to assist in coordinating publicity and engagement plans with Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in the Mainland and overseas and work out suitable events and projects having regard to the characteristics of talent groups in different markets;
(e) to source appropriate consultants and service providers in delivering approved strategies on publicity, marketing and engagement and carry out contract management in the execution process;
(f) to assist in the promotion of HKTE and coordinating the handling of media enquiries, and organising local public relation events for HKTE; and
(g) to perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,主修新聞學、公共關係、市場學、廣告或相關科目者優先,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在畢業後於企業傳訊、傳媒、公共關係、市場推廣、廣告、社交媒體或相關範疇具有10年或以上的相關全職工作經驗,包括最少3年在私營及/或公營機構擔任管理職級的工作;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(註: 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。)
(d) 具有卓越的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力優良,操流利粵語、普通話和英語;
(e) 熟悉政府事務,尤其與聯繫人才的事務;
(f) 具備在微信、LinkedIn等最受歡迎的社交媒體的廣告平台上,成功製作和推行推廣活動的往績;以及
(g) 具備製作及設計社交媒體內容方面的豐富知識及技能,包括精通相關電腦軟件應用,例如Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effects及Premiere Pro。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree preferably in journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising or other related discipline from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 10 years’ relevant full-time post-qualifications work experience in corporate communications, media, public relations, marketing, advertising, social media or related fields, including at least three years of work experience at managerial level in private and/or public sectors;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(d) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(e) excellent understanding of government affairs especially on engaging talents;
(f) proven track record of developing and implementing successful promotion campaigns on advertising platforms of some most popular social media platforms such as WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.; and
(g) good knowledge and skills in creating and designing social media content, and proficiency in using computer software applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
