職責
(a) 領導有關「一帶一路」倡議的研究工作，並與相關持份者合作，以提升香港在共建「一帶一路」的參與和貢獻；
(b) 協助制訂策略和措施，就香港全面助力共建「一帶一路」高質量發展發掘機遇；
(c) 協助舉辦「一帶一路」倡議的相關活動，以進一步提升香港在「一帶一路」倡議中的角色和深化香港與「一帶一路」國家的合作； 以及
(d) 執行被指派的其他職務。

(c) To assist in the conduct of B&RI-related activities in furthering Hong Kong’s role in the B&RI and deepening Hong Kong’s collaboration with the Belt and Road countries; and
(d) To perform any other duties as assigned.

(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士或深造學位，或同等學歷；
(b) 具備最少 10 年擔任管理職位的經驗，當中包括具備最少 3 年經驗為 (i)「一帶一路」倡議相關的政策或研究工作；或(ii)推廣或執行「一帶一路」倡議相關活動的工作；
(c) 中英文書寫能力優良，並在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科取得第5級或以上成績，或具同等成績[註1及註2]；能操流利普通話更佳；
(d) 充分認識國際商業和經濟環境，以及具備卓越的分析和策略思維能力以發掘香港「一帶一路」的機遇；以及
(e) 具備出色的人際關係和溝通技巧，以便與各商業和專業服務界的持份者建立關係。

The candidate should possess by the application deadline the following –
(a) a Bachelor or post-graduate degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent;
(b) at least 10 years of experience in managerial positions, of which at least 3 years of experience of either (i) policy or research work pertaining to the Belt and Road Initiative (B&RI); or (ii) promotion or execution work pertaining to B&RI’s activities;
(c) strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English withLevel 5 or above in both English language and Chinese language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Notes 1 and 2]; and proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage;
(d) sound knowledge of the international business and economic environment, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking strengths to identify B&RI’s opportunities for Hong Kong; and
(e) excellent interpersonal and communication skills to get the rapport of stakeholders from the business and professional services sectors.

1. 香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化/中國語言文學/中國語文科和英語運用科C級或以上成績，以及綜合招聘考試中文運用和英文運用試卷的二級成績會獲接納為等同香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第5級或以上成績。
2. 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)A級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第5級成績。
