The successful candidates required to assist in various tasks in relation the Human Resources function, including –

• (i)assist in the preparatory work of recruitment exercises;
• (ii)assist in preparing reference materials, statistics and reports for promotion exercises;
• (iii)assist in vetting the recommendations and promulgation of acting appointments; and
• (iv)assist in conducting review of business workflow and records management matters.

Candidates should –

• (1)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
• (2)be non-first/-final year students in the current academic year studying in full-time Bachelor degree with major in the disciplines of communication and languages, arts and humanities or social sciences offered by post-secondary institutions locally or overseas;
• (3)possess good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• (4)be proficient in the application of Microsoft Office; and familiar with Chinese word processing.
