總監(設計)
(a) 協助制定和推行政策及策略,為設計業提供便利;
(b) 與設計業的創意機構、專業協會、業界人士和其他持份者,以及政府機關和非政府組織聯絡,在他們舉行/籌辦有利推廣相關創意業的項目上作出策導;
(c) 推動業界考察團及海外展演,以開拓內地和海外市場,培育並推廣香港設計業;
(d) 監督業界合作促進組人員就「創意智優計劃」資助申請的方向及相關事宜,向設計業項目主辦者提供建議;
(e) 統籌「香港時裝設計周」等大型盛事及活動的策劃與籌備工作; 以及
(f) 監督業界合作促進組,並管理該組獲撥的資源。
總監(電影製作)
(a) 制定策略和政策,促進電影和電視製作的發展;
(b) 與電影業協會聯繫和合作,管理「電影發展基金」(「基金」)與促進電影製作相關的事宜;
(c) 制定和擬訂推廣計劃,吸引亞洲和歐洲國家與香港合拍電影;
(d) 就「創意智優計劃」接獲的資助申請/優化「創意智優計劃」資助申請項目,聯繫電視業潛在申請者,為他們提供便利;
(e) 管理「電影製作融資計劃」和相關放寬計劃、「薪火相傳計劃」、「歐亞文化交流電影製作資助計劃」,以及「開拓內地電影市場資助計劃」等「基金」轄下資助計劃,當中包括審核申請、擬備文件供基金審核委員會/香港電影發展局批准申請、擬備評估/進度/項目完成報告,以及監督項目進度; 以及
(f) 掌管電影製作科的日常運作,在必要時代表該科出席和主禮活動。
總監(電影推廣及促進)
(a) 制定整體策略和政策,推廣香港為外景拍攝地點之選;
(b) 與電影業協會合作和聯繫,為電影業提供支援服務;
(c) 與香港電影業一同制定電影節的策略,提高香港電影和人才在各地的知名度;
(d) 組織和率領代表團參與內地和海外電影節,推廣香港電影業;
(e) 處理香港國際電影節協會舉辦電影節的內務管理事宜,推廣香港電影業;以及
(f) 掌管電影推廣及促進科的日常運作,在必要時代表該科出席並主禮活動。
總監(多媒體)

(d) 監督多媒體科人員就「創意智優計劃」資助申請的方向及相關事宜,向多媒體業項目主辦者提供建議;
(e) 統籌多媒體業大型推廣節目及活動的策劃與籌備工作; 以及
(f) 監督多媒體科,並管理該科獲撥的資源。
備註:
(i) 入選的申請人須參加筆試和面試。.
(ii) 遇有職務需要,受聘人或須不定時工作及加班,包括星期六、日及公眾假期。.

Head (Design)
(a) To assist in formulating and implementing policies and strategies to provide trade facilitation support for the design sector;
(b) To network with creative establishments, professional associations, players and other stakeholders of the design sector, and government authorities and non-governmental organsations, and to steer them for presenting/organising projects conducive to the promotion of the design sector;
(c) To drive delegations and overseas exhibitions to explore the Mainland and overseas markets to cultivate and promote the design sector;
(d) To oversee the provision of advice to project organisers in the design sector on the directions and matters related to CreateSmart Initiative funding applications;
(e) To co-ordinate the planning and organisation of major events and activities including the Hong Kong Fashion Design Week; and
(f) To supervise the Trade Facilitation Unit and manage the resources allocated to the Unit.
Head (Film Production)
(a) To formulate strategies and polices in enhancing the development of film and TV productions;
(b) To engage and collaborate with the trade and industry associations of the film sector in administering the Film Development Fund (FDF) related to promotion of film productions;
(c) To formulate and draw up implementation plans in promoting co-production of film projects to Asian and European countries;
(d) To liaise and provide facilitation to potential applicants from the TV sector for submission/refinement of funding applications under the CreateSmart Initiative;
(e) To administer funding schemes under FDF including the Film Production Financing Scheme and Relaxation Plan, Directors’ Succession Scheme, Hong Kong-Europe-Asian Film Collaboration Funding Scheme and Film Financing Scheme for Mainland Market including vetting applications, preparing papers for seeking approval from Fund Vetting Committee / Film Development Council, preparing assessment / progress / completion reports and monitoring of project progress; and
(f) To head the Film Production Section for its daily operation and represent the team to attend and officiate events when necessary.
Head (Film Promotion and Facilitation)
(a) To formulate the overall strategies and policies in relation to promoting Hong Kong as a choice of location filming;
(b) To collaborate and engage with the trade and industry associations of the film sector in facilitation services for the film industry;
(c) To devise festival strategies by engaging Hong Kong film industry in circuit to increase the visibility of Hong Kong film and talents in all territories;
(d) To organise and lead delegations to the Mainland and overseas film festivals to promote Hong Kong film industry;
(e) To housekeep the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society in organising film festivals to promote Hong Kong film industry; and
(f) To head the Film Promotion and Facilitation Section for its daily operation and represent the team to attend and officiate events when necessary.
Head (Multi-media)

(1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test and an interview.

(a) A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
