職責
(1) 審核及處理資助計劃的申請和相關文件,並與申請人及/或院校聯繫有關申請資料以索取及/或更新有關申請資料;
(2) 提供客戶服務,包括接聽熱線電話、處理查詢及投訴、提供櫃檯服務及舉辦宣傳活動等;
(3) 提供文書及一般辦公室支援,包括辦公室及行政事務、資料輸入與整合、紀錄歸檔及文件收發等;
(4) 協助支援資訊科技系統,例如更新網站、使用資訊科技應用程式或進行測試等;及
(5) 執行由上級指派的其他工作。
註:視乎部門的運作需要,成功獲聘者可能須輪班當值、不定時工作及超時工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)。他/她會被分派到在職家庭及學生資助事務處指派的任何地點工作。

(2) To provide customer service including receiving calls from hotline, handling enquiries and complaints, providing counter service, conducting publicity events, etc.;
(3) To provide clerical and general office support, including office accommodation and administration matters, data input and compiling, filing, receipt and dispatch of documents, etc.;
(4) To provide information technology support, such as website updating, using / testing of information technology applications, etc.; and
(5) To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Note: Subject to operational requirement of the department, the appointed candidate may be required to perform shift duties, work irregular hours and overtime (including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). He / She will be deployed to work in any location as assigned by the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency.

(4) 熟悉電腦操作,包括中英文文書處理、MS Word及Excel等應用程式;及
(5) 操流利粵話和英語及具備良好溝通及人際關係技巧。
證明文件:
在提交申請表格時,申請人必須提供證明文件以證明他們獲得上述的學歷和工作經驗(包括現職工作);倘若申請人未能提供此等證明文件,申請將不獲受理。

(1) (a) Level 2 or equivalent [Note (1)] or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [Note (2)], or equivalent; or
(b) Level 2 [Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note (2)], or equivalent;
(2) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (3)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(3) at least one year’s post-qualification full-time working experience in clerical support or customer service;
(4) good knowledge in computer operation, including Chinese and English word processing, Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.; and
(5) fluency in spoken Cantonese and English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
