職責
(a) 協助制定配合西九文化區發展項目下，以推行基礎建設工程、綜合地庫及地下行車路的整體發展策略，特別考慮如何配合酒店/辦公室/住宅發展項目；
(b) 協助修改與西九管理局簽訂的批地和項目協議，以及擬訂一套機制，使酒店/辦公室/住宅用地的發展能與基礎建設工程、綜合地庫及地下行車路設施配合得宜；
(c) 為西九管理局及政府部門提供督導，以協助西九管理局在公私營合作項目下委託發展商承建政府工程；
(d) 協調並適時解決西九發展和周邊銜接事宜，以確保位於西九文化區內外的基礎建設工程可配合西九發展；
(e) 就委託與西九管理局管理、運作和維修的政府設施制定協議；
(f) 提供秘書及行政支援; 及
(g) 執行由上級指派的任何其他職務。

(d) Co-ordinating and resolving in a timely manner interfacing issues affecting the WKCD development to assure dovetailing with PIW within and outside the WKCD area;
(e) Formulating Management, Operation and Maintenance Agreements with WKCD Authority for Government facilities;
(f) Providing secretariat and administrative support; and
(g) Undertaking other duties as required by senior officers.
Note:
(1)Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
(2)Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend interview.

入職條件
(a) 為香港工程師學會於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員(土木界別)，或具備同等資格[請參閱註(1)]；
(b) 在取得有關資格後，具備至少20年土木工程相關經驗，其中至少10年須為在大型發展及基建工程擔任高級工程項目管理職位的工作經驗 [請參閱註(2)]；
(c) 擁有在非政府組織的建造工程管理經驗優先:
(d) 擁有公私營合作項目的工程項目管理經驗優先;
(e) 擁有和西九發展相關的建造工程經驗優先; 及
(f) 具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力。
註：
(1) 為符合入職條件(a)項所載的要求，申請人如只持有非本地專業資格，應提交所需證明文件，證明該等資格等同本地有關專業資格，例如提供證據，證明申請人的資格在截止申請日期之前，已獲香港工程師學會接納為其正式會員(土木界別)。

(a) Possessing Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent [see Note (1)];
(b) Having 20 years’ post-qualification experience in civil engineering including at least 10 years’ experience working in senior project management position(s) in major development and infrastructure projects [see Note (2)];
(c) Preferably possessing working experience in Non-Government Organizations for managing construction projects;
(d) Preferably possessing project management experience in public-private-partnership projects;
(e) Preferably possessing project experience in relation to WKCD development; and
(f) Having a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
Note:
(1) In order to meet the entry requirement (a), applicants holding non-local professional qualifications only should prove the equivalence of such qualifications by the closing date for application, with supporting documents such as evidence of acceptance of their qualifications by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers for admission to its Corporate Membership (Civil Discipline).
(2) Candidates should attach proof of Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline), or equivalent, together with a detailed curriculum vitae of their working experience to their applications. Application without provision of copies of the required documents will not be considered.
(b) Having 20 years’ post-qualification experience in civil engineering including at least 10 years’ experience working in senior project management position(s) in major development and infrastructure projects [see Note (2)];
(c) Preferably possessing working experience in Non-Government Organizations for managing construction projects;
(d) Preferably possessing project management experience in public-private-partnership projects;
(e) Preferably possessing project experience in relation to WKCD development; and
