職責
高級經理(營運)主要負責:
(a) 支援引進重點企業辦公室日常運作的內務管理事宜,包括實施項目、內部協調和推展市場推廣活動;
(b) 協助草擬簡報、文件、演講辭和報告,以及進行研究和分析;
(c) 支援引進重點企業諮詢委員會秘書處的服務,包括諮詢委員會會議的整體協調和後勤工作安排、聯繫相關持份者、草擬簡報、會議紀錄和簡報資料,以及後續跟進工作;
(d) 協調和支援高級官員的職務外訪;
(e) 聯繫及協調相關決策局/政府部門、公共機構及其他持份者;及
(f) 按需要履行其他職責。

The Senior Manager (Operations) is mainly responsible for –
(a) Providing housekeeping support to the daily operation of Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, including projects implementation, internal coordination and launching of marketing initiatives;
(b) Assisting in preparing briefs, papers, speeches and returns, as well as conducting researches and analyses;
(c) Assisting in providing secretarial support to the Advisory Committee for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, including overall coordination and logistics arrangements for the Advisory Committee’s meetings, liaison with stakeholders, preparation of briefs, meeting minutes and presentation materials, and follow-up on discussion;
(d) Coordinating and supporting senior officials’ duty visits;
(e) Liaising and coordinating with relevant bureaux/departments, public bodies and other stakeholders; and
(f) Any other duties as required.

(b) 持有學士學位或同等學歷;如有更高學歷及/或專業資格更佳;
(c) 具備良好中英文書寫能力(包括普通話);符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(1)至(3));
(d) 具備良好的組織能力,以及規劃、分析及溝通技巧;及
(e) 熟悉電腦應用程式操作,包括文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件。

(b) a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, more advanced degree(s) and/or professional qualification(s) would be an advantage;
(c) a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including spoken Putonghua). The candidate must have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (1) to (3)); and
(d) have strong organisational ability, and planning, analytical and communications skills; and
(e) have good knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
