職責
(a) 負責策劃、監察和檢視校本課程發展支援服務,包括到校專業支援和學習社群;
(b) 協調各項支援服務,提出策略性建議,及評估服務對學校課程發展的影響;
(c) 帶領團隊支援學校的英國語文教育和價值教育課程,並發展課程領導;
(d) 提供到校專業支援和學習社群等不同形式的支援服務,提升小學英國語文教師的課程領導的能力,推動學校在落實不同課程倡議,並評估成效;
(e) 策劃、組織、監察及評估專業發展活動,提升學校內部和跨校間的協作文化,促進在學習領域/跨課程層面落實課程倡議;
(f) 整合、概念化和展示學校在課程實施不同課程倡議的良好示例;
(g) 協助部門的人事管理和行政工作;
(h) 執行其他被委派的職務。

(a) To plan, monitor and review the provision of school-based curriculum development support services, including on-site professional support and learning communities;
(b) To coordinate support services and suggest strategic proposals at a sectional level and evaluate their impact on curriculum development of schools;
(c) To lead officers to support school curriculum and leadership development for English Language Education (ELE) Key Learning Area (KLA), and values education;
(d) To render professional support services, by means of on-site support or learning community, to enhance primary school curriculum leadership in implementing the curriculum of ELE KLA, and to promote different curriculum initiatives at a school level and evaluate their impact;
(e) To plan, organise, monitor and evaluate professional development activities to foster a collaborative culture within and across schools, with a view to facilitate the implementation of curriculum initiatives in KLA/cross-curricular level;
(f) To consolidate, conceptualise and disseminate effective practices of schools in the implementation of school curriculum and different curriculum initiatives;
(g) To assist in staff management and administrative duties of the Section; and
(h) To perform any other duties assigned as and when required.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的英國語文或英國語文教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷[見註(iii)];
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[見註(iv)];
(d) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績[見註(vi)];
(e) 於取得有關學歷後,具備不少於10年在小學或中學的教學及/或課程發展經驗。持有英國語文或英國語文教育更高學歷及/或具備5年以上領導英國語文課程發展經驗者優先[見註(v)];
(f) 熟悉本地教育制度和課程改革情況;
(g) 具備良好的領導才能及人力資源管理能力、出色的溝通、人際關係和演說技巧;以及
(h) 申請⼈或須於遴選面試當天參加筆試。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in English Language or English Language Education, or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirement of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iv)];
(d) A pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [See Note (vi)];
(e) At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and/or curriculum development in primary or secondary school. A Hong Kong higher degree in English Language or English Language Education and/or with 5 or more years of experience in leading curriculum development the English Language Education (ELE) Key Learning Area (KLA) preferred [See Note (v)];
(f) Good knowledge of the local education system and the curriculum reform;
(g) Good leadership and human resources management, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and
(h) Candidates may be required to take a written test on the day of selection interview.
