- (a)監察電視節目製作如大型體育賽事和活動的節目；
- (b)與其他及內地廣播機構就技術、比賽和其他事宜進行聯絡；
- (c)帶領編導團隊構思電視節目意念、策劃和設計節目內容；
- (d)處理與人事及資源管理、預算控制及其他營運相關事宜(如重賽安排)相關的高階行政事務；及
- (e)執行獲指派的其他職務。
註：
須不定時工作／通宵當值，並須在周六、周日及公眾假期期間工作，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告、「極端情況」及其他緊急情況下工作。
職責
- (a)to oversee the production of TV programmes such as programmes for large-scale sports competitions and events;
- (b)to liaise with other broadcasters and the Mainland broadcasters on technical, competition and other matters;
- (c)to lead a team of producers in formulating TV programme ideas, planning and designing programme contents;
- (d)to handle high level administrative matters relating to staff and resources management, budget control and other operation-related matters (such as rematch scheduling); and
- (e)to perform any other duties as assigned.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours / over-night shifts; to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Signal, “extreme conditions” and other emergencies.

- (iii)持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，以主修新聞及傳理、電影及電視、舞台及娛樂藝術、媒體學科、創意媒體或數碼媒體學為佳，或具備同等學歷；並具有十二年電視節目製作的全職工作經驗，其中最少四年擔任監製的經驗；或
- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試五科(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科)考獲第3級或同等或以上成績 [請參閱註(1)]，或具備同等學歷；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲 E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第 3級／C級或以上成績(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科) [請參閱註(2)]，或具備同等學歷；並具有十三年電視節目製作的全職工作經驗，其中最少四年擔任監製的經驗；或
- (v)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科 [請參閱註(1)]，或具備同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科 [請參閱註(2)]，或具備同等學歷；並具有十四年電視節目製作的全職工作經驗，其中最少四年擔任監製的經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績 [請參閱註(2)]，或具備同等成績。
申請人如具備 －
- (i)為不同的國際及本地體育賽事製作電視節目及管理直播的豐富經驗；或
- (ii)體育、音樂、娛樂、藝術及文化等創意工業的機構或人際網絡；或
- (iii)製作大型政府官方活動、舞台表演、頒獎典禮、流行及古典音樂會，或製作每天播出的節目、雜誌式節目、文化節目及特別項目的經驗；或
- (iv)數碼影片攝製、非線性剪輯、撰稿、訪問及多媒體製作的實務經驗和技巧
則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism and Communication, Film and Television (TV), Theatre and Entertainment Art, Media Studies, Creative Media or Digital Media, or equivalent; and 8 years’ full-time experience in TV programme production, of which at least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (ii)an accredited Associate Degree or an accredited Higher Diploma, preferably in Journalism and Communication, Film and TV, Theatre and Entertainment Art, Media Studies, Creative Media or Digital Media, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 10 years’ full-time experience in TV programme production, of which at least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (iii)an accredited Diploma, preferably in Journalism and Communication, Film and TV, Theatre and Entertainment Art, Media Studies, Creative Media or Digital Media, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 12 years’ full-time experience in TV programme production, of which at least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language) [See Note (1)], or equivalent; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3/ Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language) [See Note (2)], or equivalent; and 13 years’ full-time experience, including at least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Producer in TV programme production; OR
- (v)Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE [See Note (1)], or equivalent; or Level 2/ Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE [See Note (2)], or equivalent; and 14 years’ full-time experience, including at least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Producer in TV programme production; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE [See Note (2)], or equivalent.
Candidates who possess –
- (i)substantial experience in TV programme production and management of live broadcast across a range of sports competitions, both internationally and domestically; or
- (ii)network of corporate or personal connections in various sectors of the creative industries including sports, music, entertainment, arts and culture; or
- (iii)experience in the production of large-scale Government official events, stage performances, prize presentation ceremonies, pop and classical concerts, or the production of daily show, magazine programmes, cultural programmes and special projects; or
- (iv)hands-on experience and skills in digital video filming, non-linear editing, script-writing, conducting interviews and multimedia productions
will have an advantage.
