職責
助理資訊科技經理負責用戶技術支援和系統管理。具體職責包括:
(a) 提供用戶技術支援服務,包括用戶服務台、解決用戶問題、安裝軟件、產品評測、建立帳戶、設置電腦和網絡設備及進行系統保養;
(b) 執行日常資訊科技系統操作,包括監察資訊科技系統的狀態及效能、按照程序執行系統備份及維持伺服器室的良好運作;
(c) 協助資訊科技經理支援資訊科技項目及資訊保安工作,包括培訓及處理保安事故;
(d) 提供行政工作的支援,包括資訊科技設備採購及更新資訊科技系統的執行程序手冊及文件;及
(e) 執行上司指派的其他工作。

The Assistant Manager, Information Technology is responsible for end-user support and system administration. Detailed responsibilities include the following:
(a) To provide end-user Information Technology (IT) support services including help-desk, troubleshooting user problems, installing software, product evaluation, setting up user accounts, setting up workstations and network equipment, and performing system maintenance work;
(b) To perform the daily IT system operations including monitoring the status and performance of IT systems, performing system backup routines according to prescribed procedures and maintaining the server room in good order;
(c) To assist the IT Managers in providing support for IT projects and work on IT security including training and incident handling;
(d) To support administrative work including procurement of IT equipment and maintaining IT system manuals and documentation; and
(e) To perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少三年與提供用戶資訊科技技術支援服務方面的實踐全職工作經驗;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷,主修資訊科技、計算機科學或相關學科;
(c) 具備最少一年支援微軟Active Directory、Windows 10、Office 2016、Lotus Domino / Notes 8或以上和蘋果IOS的全職工作經驗。有Linux經驗的申請人會優先考慮;
(d) 具備良好的英文及中文(粵語和普通話)溝通能力;及
(e) 積極及以客戶為先。

(b) A Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in IT, computing science or related disciplines;
(c) At least one year of full-time work experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, Lotus Domino/Notes 8 or above and Apple IOS. Knowledge in Linux will be an advantage;
(d) Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
(e) Self-motivated and customer-oriented.
