職責
合約物業助理會因應不同崗位需要而負責以下工作–
(a) 測量和調查房地產物業,包括擬備圖則和報告,以及收集和整理與房地產物業有關的資料,作評估差餉、地租和其他用途;
(b) 進行實地視察和擬備場地和物業視察報告;
(c) 編製和分析物業交易和數據;
(d) 租用和購置寫字樓和宿舍作政府用途;
(e) 處理物業管理的事宜;
(f) 執行《業主與租客(綜合)條例》的規定;
(g) 處理市民查詢和往來書信;
(h) 核實和配對物業記錄;
(i) 管理部門和檔案記錄;
(j) 執行其他由上司指派的職務;以及
(k) 需擔任戶外及室內工作。

A Contract Property Assistant, depending on his / her posting, will be required to discharge the following responsibilities–
(a) surveying and referencing landed properties which include the preparation of plans and reports, collecting and collating information relating to landed properties for rating, Government rent and other purposes;
(b) carrying out site inspection and preparing inspection reports of sites and properties;
(c) compiling and analysing property transactions and data;
(d) leasing and purchasing of offices and quarters for Government use;
(e) property management work;
(f) administration of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance;
(g) handling public enquiries and correspondence;
(h) conducting verification and matching of property records;
(i) maintaining office and file records;
(j) performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors; and
(k) is required to work both outdoor and indoor.

入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有香港認可大學/理工學院或香港專業教育學院/科技學院/工業學院頒發的房地產或物業相關領域的文憑或高級證書,或具同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(請參閱註1)或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及
(c) 具有1年估價、產業測量或物業相關工作經驗者優先。

(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Real Estate or property related field from a Hong Kong recognised University / Polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a Technical College / Technical Institute, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (See Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(c) those with 1 year’s working experience in valuation, estate surveying or property related work are preferred.

(1) 政府在聘任非公務員時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
