• (a)To support Senior Executive Manager (Task Group) in the provision of administrative, executive services to the Task Group Secretariat and the Support Sub-team;
• (b)To coordinate and liaise with different parties and organisations regarding attendance at meetings, provision of inputs, etc.;
• (c)To arrange transportation, passage and hotel accommodation for overseas member when he attends meeting in Hong Kong, and to liaise with Accounts Office for payment of honorarium and other allowance to the overseas member;
• (d)To provide general administrative support to the Task Group; and
• (e)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Candidates should have –

• (i)acquired a bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or Public Administration/Government Studies;
• (ii)met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (Note); and
• (iii)at least six years’ post-degree full-time working experience of which three years should be related to general administrative and day-to-day management work, secretariat support, event management or project management in the Government.

Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

Candidates who possess the following attributes would be an advantage –

• (i)knowledge of and working experience in the medical education system in Hong Kong; and
• (ii)working experience in the Health Bureau (or its former name before re-organisation).
