職責
獲取錄者須支援部門的污水檢測部的日常運作,包括—
(a) 與其他政府部門及大廈管理處/業主立案法團協商,以進行污水檢測;

Successful candidate will be required to support the daily operation of the Sewage Testing Team of the Department to –
(a) negotiate with other government departments and building management offices/ incorporated owners to conduct sewage testing;
(b) provide general office support;
(c) handle personnel, finance and accounts as well as statistical duties; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
The number of working hours per week, hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The number of working hours will not normally exceed 17.5 hours per week and there is no guarantee on the minimum number of hours of work in any given period. Successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends, Sundays and public holidays; and (b) work outdoors.

(b) at least five years’ full-time working experience in clerical work and at least two years’ full-time working experience in secretarial work;
(c) Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 50 words per minute (Note);
(d) proficient in the use of computer software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
(e) good liaison and negotiation skills; and
(f) preferably have experience in using ArcGIS and Microsoft PowerBI.
