時薪753元 (每星期需工作約17小時)
職責
(a) 監督中學數學教師數學建模增潤證書課程的推行,確保其符合應有的教育目標,促進所有研討會和工作坊的順利進行,並提供指導和方向,同時就課程內容、方法及其他方面向課程提供者給予專業反饋,並以學校領導的角度持續進行專業對話;
(b) 為學校及教師舉辦專業培訓課程及學習圈,以提升教師在課程規劃、學校行政安排(特別是高中數學課程單元一和單元二(M1/M2))方面的專業能力,並探索將數學建模融入課堂實踐的方法;
(c) 舉辦工作坊,以協助教師根據學生的學習需要,善用「簡易短問題」來調整校內評估題目的設計與要求,從而提升數學能力一般的學生修讀M1/M2的信心;
(d) 參加與數學課程發展相關的會議,並根據個人在課程發展方面的豐富經驗,提供專業意見;
(e) 應校長或教師的要求到學校與他們會面,運用個人的行政經驗,與他們探討如何有效地將M1/M2課堂融入常規時間表內;以及
(f) 執行由總課程發展主任(數學)指派的其他職責。

(f) 執行由總課程發展主任(數學)指派的其他職責。
(a) To oversee the Enrichment Certificate Course on Mathematical Modelling for Mathematics Teachers in Secondary Schools, ensuring it meets the necessary educational goals, facilitating all seminars and workshops, providing guidance and direction, offering professional feedback to the course provider regarding content, methods, and other aspects, and maintaining ongoing professional dialogue from the perspectives of school leaders;
(b) To conduct professional development programmes and learning circles for schools and teachers that aim at enhancing teachers' professional capacity in curriculum planning, school administrative arrangements, particularly for Module 1 and Module 2 (M1/M2) of the senior secondary Mathematics curriculum, as well as exploring methods to integrate mathematical modeling into classroom practices;
(c) To conduct workshops to help teachers make better use of "elementary short questions" to adjust the design and requirements of internal assessment questions according to their students' learning needs, thereby enhancing the confidence of students with average mathematical abilities to study M1/M2;
(d) To attend meetings related to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and offer professional views drawn from extensive personal experience in curriculum development;
(e) To visit schools in response to requests from principals or teachers and to meet with them to explore how to effectively incorporate the lessons of M1/M2 into regular timetable by utilising their administrative experience; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Curriculum Development Officer (Mathematics).

入職條件
(a) 持有數學或數學相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[見註(i)及(ii)];
(b) 現職或曾任中學一級校長或同等職級,且具備至少5年校長經驗[見註(iii)];
(c) 具備至少20年香港中學數學科的教學經驗[見註(iii)];
(d) 具備香港數學課程發展經驗,並曾監督與數學建模相關之教師培訓課程;以及
(e) 曾擔任課程發展議會轄下與數學教育相關的委員會主席或委員;及/或具備對本地教育制度及數學課程發展有深入認識者優先。

(a) A bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics-related subjects, or equivalent [See Notes (i) and (ii)];
(b) Serving or former secondary school principals at Principal I rank, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as school principal [See Note (iii)];
(c) At least 20 years of experience in teaching Mathematics in secondary schools in Hong Kong [See Note (iii)];
(d) Possess experience in developing the Mathematics curriculum in Hong Kong, and overseeing teacher training programmes related to mathematical modelling; and
(e) Candidates who have formerly served as the Chairperson or Member of the Committee(s) related to Mathematics Education under the Curriculum Development Council; and/or possess sound knowledge of the local education system and development of Mathematics curriculum preferred.
