職責
二級職業安全主任的主要職責為 –
(a) 就《工廠及工業經營條例》、《職業安全及健康條例》及該等條例的附屬規例進行視察和執法工作；
(b) 為提升職業安全進行宣傳和推廣工作；以及
(c) 為提升職業安全進行教育和培訓工作。

An Occupational Safety Officer II is mainly deployed on –
(a) undertaking inspection and enforcement work in respect of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and their subsidiary regulations;
(b) undertaking promotion and publicity work for enhancement of occupational safety; and
(c) undertaking education and training work for enhancement of occupational safety.

申請人必須 –
(a) 持有香港大專院校或香港專業教育學院頒授以下學科認可的高級文憑／副學士學位，或具同等學歷；
- 相關工程學科如機械工程、製造工程、工業工程、電機工程、屋宇設備工程、結構工程、土木工程、電子工程或化學工程；或
- 建築學、化學技術；或
- 應用化學、應用物理、化驗科學、材料科學或職業安全及健康；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績 [註一]；
(c) 操流利粵語；以及
(d) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績 [註二]。

Candidates should -
(a) have an accredited Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree in:
- Engineering of a relevant discipline such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Building Services, Structural, Civil, Electronic or Chemical Engineering; or
- Building, or Chemical Technology; or
- Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Analytical Science, Material Science or Occupational Safety and Health
from a Hong Kong tertiary institution or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note1], or equivalent;
(c) speak fluent Cantonese; and
(d) have a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [Note 2].

（一）政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
（二）政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
