- (2)辦公室自動化系統、資訊科技資料系統和IBM Notes應用系統的發展、文件編製、管理及保養工作； <br>
- (3)資訊科技系統的日常檢查、數據備份及保安修補程式管理；以及 <br>
- (4)在有需要時就其他系統發展和資訊科技相關職務提供協助。

職責
The Assistant Information Technology Officer (Infrastructure) will be responsible for: <br>
- (1)providing helpdesk support to local and remote users; <br>
- (2)developing, documenting, administering and maintaining office automation systems, IT inventory systems and IBM Notes applications; <br>
- (3)performing daily health check, data backup and security patch management for IT systems; and <br>
- (4)assisting in other system development and IT related duties as and when required.
入職條件
申請人須－ <br> <br>
- (a)
- (i)持有香港任何一所理工大學／理工學院／香港專業教育學院／科技學院頒發的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的高級文憑，或香港任何一所大專院校頒發的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的認可副學士學位，或具同等學歷；以及 <br>
- (ii)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[(註1)]或以上成績，或具同等成績； <br> <br>
- (b)在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗，其中至少一年擔任類似職位或相若職責者更為理想； <br> <br>
- (c)以客為先，能在壓力下工作，並願意應要求在日常辦公時間之後逾時工作，以及間中候命工作；以及 <br> <br>
- (d)對以下各項具備實際經驗或熟悉使用者佔優— <br>
- (i)在繁忙的大型（例如超過200名職員）機構中提供求助台支援（例如桌上電腦、手提電腦、打印機、IP網絡、檔案伺服器、電郵系統）、服務水平協議和求助電話管理 <br>
- (ii)個人電腦硬件（桌上及手提電腦）、Windows 7及10、Office 2013及2016、Windows Server 2008、2012及2016、LAN/WAN技術、Wireless LAN、IBM Notes、流動裝置（例如iPhone及iPad）、Avaya IP電話、Clonezilla、Sophos SafeGuard LANCrypt、Microsoft BitLocker 及 BitLocker To Go、保安修補程式管理，以及硬件／軟件資產管理 <br>(iii)會議室視聽系統，包括視像會議系統。
Candidates should have – <br> <br>
- (a)
- (i)A Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or an accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent; and <br>
- (ii)Met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2”
Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br> <br>
- (b)At least two years’ post-qualification full time relevant IT working experience, preferably with at least one year in a similar post or in a comparable capacity; <br> <br>
- (c)Candidates should be customer oriented and able to perform under pressure, as well as willing to work after normal office hours and occasionally on an on-call basis as required; and <br> <br>
- (d)Candidates who have hands-on experience or good knowledge of the following will be advantageous – <br>
- (i)Helpdesk support (e.g. desktop PC, laptop, printer, IP network, file server, email system) in busy and large organisations (e.g with more than 200 staff members), service level agreement and call management <br>
- (ii)PC hardware (desktop and laptop), Windows 7 and 10, Office 2013 and 2016, Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016, LAN/WAN technologies, Wireless LAN, IBM Notes, Mobile devices (e.g. iPhone and iPad), Avaya IP Phone, Clonezilla, Sophos SafeGuard LANCrypt, Microsoft BitLocker and BitLocker To Go, Security patches management and hardware/software asset management <br>
- (iii)Conference room audio-visual system, including video-conference system
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任非公務員員工時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。 <br>
