- (1)協助整理香港法例的編輯修訂及修正；
- (2)確保有關香港法例活頁版的編輯指示為準確，及復查校對樣本；
- (3)協助製作以活頁版形式印行的香港法例的編輯修訂紀錄；
- (4)定時聯繫政府部門，跟進有關香港法例活頁版的更新工作。
職責
- (1)To assist the making of editorial amendments and revisions to the Laws of Hong Kong;
- (2)To ensure the editorial instructions in relation to the Loose-leaf Edition of the Laws of Hong Kong (Loose-leaf) are accurate, and to counter-check printer proofs;
- (3)To assist the preparation of records of editorial amendments in Loose-leaf;
- (4)To liaise with government departments in relation to updating of Loose-leaf.
入職條件
申請人須
- (a)具最少15年從事法律或法例編輯的工作經驗及熟悉香港法例的方式及形式；
- (b)擁有法律文憑，或更高的法律學歷；
- (c)在香港中學會考5科合格（包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具備同等學歷。
Candidates should
- (a)have at least 15 years working experience in legal or legislative editorial work and familiar with styles and format of Hong Kong legislation;
- (b)possess diploma in Legal Studies or higher legal academic qualification;
- (c)have a pass in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language at Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
