職責
(1) 協助整理香港法例的編輯修訂及修正；(2) 確保有關香港法例活頁版的編輯指示為準確，及復查校對樣本；(3) 協助製作以活頁版形式印行的香港法例的編輯修訂紀錄；(4) 定時聯繫政府部門，跟進有關香港法例活頁版的更新工作。
(1) To assist the making of editorial amendments and revisions to the Laws of Hong Kong; (2) To ensure the editorial instructions in relation to the Loose-leaf Edition of the Laws of Hong Kong (Loose-leaf) are accurate, and to counter-check printer proofs; (3) To assist the preparation of records of editorial amendments in Loose-leaf; (4) To liaise with government departments in relation to updating of Loose-leaf.
入職條件
申請人須
(a) 具最少15年從事法律或法例編輯的工作經驗及熟悉香港法例的方式及形式；
(b) 擁有法律文憑，或更高的法律學歷；
(c) 在香港中學會考5科合格（包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具備同等學歷。
Candidates should
(a) have at least 15 years working experience in legal or legislative editorial work and familiar with styles and format of Hong Kong legislation;
(b) possess diploma in Legal Studies or higher legal academic qualification;
(c) have a pass in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language at Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

具有雙語法例編輯經驗者獲優先考慮。
