在律政司司長官邸或其他指定地方工作，負責烹調膳食，包括宴席或酒會，擬備餐譜，購買餸菜，及料理一般廚房工作。
職責
Preparation of food in the official residence of the Secretary for Justice and any other places as required, including the preparation of banquets, drafting food menu, purchasing groceries, and taking charge of the work in the kitchen.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)精通中菜烹飪，能烹調至少12人的酒席，具西菜烹飪經驗及知識更佳；
- (b)具備最少6年担任中菜廚師的經驗，有在大戶家庭任職中廚的經驗更佳；
- (c)能單獨處理廚務；及
- (d)能說流利廣東話，並能閱讀及書寫中文。
註：
申請人須通過廚藝測試，並需於短期內上任。
Candidates should –
- (a)possess substantial knowledge and experience in preparing Chinese cuisine, and be capable of preparing banquet for at least 12 guests. With knowledge and experience in preparing Western cuisine would be an advantage;
- (b)have at least six years' experience as chef for Chinese cuisine, experience as chef in large household would be an advantage;
- (c)be capable of taking charge of work in the kitchen independently; and
- (d)be fluent in Cantonese, and be able to read and write Chinese.
Note:
Candidates will be required to pass a trade test on cooking skills, and are required to assume duty shortly.
