職責
申請人如獲錄用,將派往發展局工務科文物保育專員辦事處,負責以下工作 (註3)-
(a) 協助制定文物保育政策;
(b) 協助推行文物保育措施;
(c) 協助持份者及公眾參與文物保育措施的推行工作,並與有關機構聯絡;
(d) 協助推行保育及活化歷史建築項目;以及
(e) 從文物保育政策的角度,協助為政府部門/公營機構負責的計劃、研究報告和基本工程項目提供意見。
[註:(3) 或須不定時工作及在公眾假期工作。]
Successful candidate will be deployed to the Commissioner for Heritage’s Office, Works Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties (Note 3):
(a) to assist in the development and formulation of policies on heritage conservation;
(b) to assist in the implementation of initiatives on heritage conservation;
(c) to assist in the engagement of stakeholders and the public in the implementation of heritage conservation initiatives and to liaise with organisations concerned;
(d) to assist in the implementation of projects involving preservation and adaptive re-use of historic buildings; and
(e) to assist in providing comments on plans, study reports and capital works projects undertaken by other government departments/public bodies from heritage conservation policy angle.
[Note: (3) May be required to work irregular hours and on public holidays.]
入職條件
本職位男女均可申請,申請人必須 (註1)-
(a) 為(i)香港建築師學會會員,或具備同等資格;或(ii)香港工程師學會(土木或結構界別)於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員,或具備同等資格;或(iii)香港測量師學會(建築測量或產業測量組)正式會員,或具備同等資格;
(b) 在取得所需資格後,具備最少4年相關範疇的工作經驗,當中包括處理建築翻新項目的經驗;
(c) 在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績(註2),或具備同等學歷;
(d) 中、英文講寫能力俱佳;以及
(e) 溝通及人際技巧良好。
[註:(1) 申請人若能顯示對文物保育有深入見解和熱忱,將獲優先取錄。(2) 過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。]
This position is open to both male and female. Applicants should (Note 1):
(a) be a (i) Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, or equivalent; or (ii) Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (Civil or Structural discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent; or (iii) Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (in the Building Surveying or General Practice Division), or equivalent;
(b) have at least 4 years’ post-qualification working experience in the relevant field including experience in handling building renovation projects;
(c) have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;
(d) have good command of oral and written Chinese and English; and
(e) have good communication and interpersonal skills.
[Note: (1) Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate that they have good insight in and a passion for heritage conservation. (2) Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
