職責
合約新媒體設計員主要負責構思美術設計及製作正稿;構思平面/資訊設計;製作動畫(則更佳);進行有關社交媒體的研究;為各個社交媒體平台提供技術支援;參與製作和佈置各類宣傳物品、展覽、巡迴展覽、陳列,以及視聽說明。受聘人須輪班及不定時(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)工作。
A Contract New Media Designer is mainly deployed in creating and preparing of design and art work; graphic / infographic design; production of animation (preferably); conducting social media related research; provide technical support to various social media platforms; partaking in the production and display of a wide range of publicity materials, exhibitions, road shows, displays and audio-visual presentations. Required to work shifts and at irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的媒體設計/傳意設計/平面設計/公共關係及廣告設計學科學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 在取得學位後曾在具規模機構全職擔任相關工作並具備最少兩年經驗,包括運用流動應用程式,以及互動、數碼及/或社交媒體平台,支援有關推動社群參與、企業傳訊、公共關係、互動媒體、廣告或社交媒體市場推廣的工作[見註(1)];
(c) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達第2級[見註(2)]或以上成績,或具備同等學歷;以及
(d) 能夠書寫流暢中英文和能操流利粵語及英語;並精通電腦軟件應用程式,包括MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Flash及Final Cut Pro。熟悉有關流動應用程式、網頁、平面/媒體設計及編輯的電腦軟件應用程式;具備有關設計、開發和維護流動應用程式(支援Android及iOS平台)的經驗;以及具備有關設計和編輯網頁的經驗則更佳。

Candidates should have –
(a) a bachelor’ degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, with disciplines in Media Design / Communication Design / Graphic Design / Public Relations and Advertising Design;
(b) at least 2 years’ full-time post graduate working experience in supporting community engagement, corporate communications, public relations, interactive media, advertisement or social media marketing in a sizable organization, with the use of mobile applications, interactive, digital and/or social media platforms [see Note (1)];
(c) attained Level 2 [see Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(d) proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English; and be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash and Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of software applications in mobile applications, website, graphics/media design and editing; experience in the design, development and maintenance of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms; and the experience in design and editing of websites are considered an advantage.

(2) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
