航海主任(培訓) 的主要職責為：(a)根據海事處課程大綱，為小輪船長職系籌辦「二級本地船長」和「三級本地船長」訓練課程、製備教材並負責講授；(b)為小輪船長職系籌辦「航海範疇相關工作強化訓練課程」、製備教材並負責講授；(c)為小輪船長職系籌辦航海範疇相關工作的實務訓練、製備訓練教材並負責講授；(d)為小輪船長職系製備員工培訓發展計劃，並監察船隊行動組培訓時間表的執行情況；(e)督導和監察合約輪機主任(培訓)的工作；以及(f)在有需要時協助上級執行其他職務。
職責
A Nautical Officer (Training) is mainly deployed on
- (a)preparing teaching materials, organizing and lecturing on “Coxswain Grade 2” and “Coxswain Grade 3” training courses for the Launch Master Grade in accordance with the syllabus of the Marine Department;
- (b)preparing teaching materials, organizing and lecturing on “Enhancement Training Course related to Nautical Aspect” for the Launch Master Grade;
- (c)preparing practical training materials, organizing and lecturing on practical training related to nautical aspect for the Launch Master Grade;
- (d)preparing the Staff Training and Development Plan for the Launch Master Grade and monitoring the execution of training schedule in the Fleet Operations Section;
- (e)supervising and monitoring the work of Contract Engineering Officer (Training); and
- (f)assisting senior officers in other duties as and when required.
入職條件
申請人必須具備以下資歷：
- (a)持有香港海事處簽發的一級(甲板高級船員) (商船船長) 合格證書，或同等資歷；以及
- (b)具備一年於遠洋船上擔任大副或更高職級的經驗。
Candidates should have:
- (a)a Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer) Class 1 (Master Mariner) issued by the Hong Kong Marine Department or equivalent; and
- (b)one year’s experience as Chief Officer or above on a sea-going ship.
