本實習職位職責如下：
- (a)針對有可能在香港開設業務的蒙古國資源企業，建立詳載各公司聯絡方式的相關資料庫；
- (b)搜集與本港資源業界有關的資料及統計數據，包括相關企業、投資者、出資者、業界組織及中介機構的資料；
- (c)針對資源業及基建建設行業，製作推廣信息、演講資料等各類投資推廣材料；
- (d)協助本署前往蒙古國進行投資推廣的籌備和後勤工作；
- (e)為本署舉辦的運輸業界聯誼活動，協助邀請來賓及事前籌備工作。

職責
The candidate is required to:
- (a)compile a database of Natural Resources companies from Mongolia with full contact details with potential to set up in Hong Kong;
- (b)gather information and statistics of Natural Resources sector in HK, including details of companies, investors, financiers, association and multipliers;
- (c)develop sales message, presentation and marketing material for the Natural Resources sector and Infrastructure and Construction sector;
- (d)assist, coordinate and prepare for IP visit to Mongolia; and
- (e)assist in the invitation and preparation for the Transport sector event.
入職條件
- (a)大專院校全日制學位課程 (或同等學級) 修讀市場學或與工商業有關科目的在學學生；
- (b)香港中學會考中文科及英文科獲第三級或以上成績，如在2007年前應考者須獲英文科 (課程乙) C級或以上成績；
- (c)普通話、英語及粵語會話能力優良；
- (d)中英文打字速度高；
- (e)熟悉Microsoft Word, Excel 及 PowerPoint軟件的操作。
Students who are currently enrolled in full-time degree courses (or equivalent) in the stream of marketing or business-related fields of post-secondary institutions;
- (b)“Level 3” (“Grade C” before 2007) in Chinese Language and English Language (English Language (Syllabus B) before 2007);
- (c)Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
- (d)Have good English and Chinese typing skills; and
- (e)Proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
