主要的職責包括：
- (a)監督和管理承辦商對改良車輛廢氣排放模型的研究；
- (b)監督為車輛廢氣測量而實施的清單系統；
- (c)統籌車輛廢氣排放模型的外部培訓；
- (d)與承辦商及供應商溝通；
- (e)核實並校對測量及數據分析的結果；以及
- (f)編製政府招標文件及履行其他行政工作。
職責
The main duties include:
- (a)To oversee and manage the contractors for conducting studies to improve the accuracy of the vehicle emission model;
- (b)To oversee the implementation of inventory system for vehicle emission measurements;
- (c)To organize training on the vehicle emission model to external parties;
- (d)To liaise with local and overseas contractors and suppliers;
- (e)To check data, collate returns for vehicle emission measurements and data analysis; and
- (f)To prepare tender documents and other administrative duties.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在 香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上，或具同等學歷（註：在聘用非公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。）；以及
- (c)於取得有關學歷後，具有至少三年與辦公室行政或項目管理有關的全職工作經驗。
- (a)A Hong Kong degree, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 2 or above in the Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
(Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and (c) Minimum three years full time post qualification working experience in office administration or project management.
