The main duties are to assist the Senior Manager of the Promotion Team in 1. designing, commissioning and conducting market and manpower researches; 2. developing and implementing programmes for collecting, analysing and presenting data; 3. producing research reports on matters related to Hong Kong’s creative industries; and 4. coordinating the publication of relevant data and research reports on CreateHK’s website and other suitable channels.

Candidates should have :

• (a)a Hong Kong degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or other relevant subjects or equivalent;
• (b)Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) {“Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth}, or equivalent;
• (c)a minimum of 4 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience in research analysis, preferably at managerial level;
• (d)strong analytical, numerical, organising, problem-solving, communication and report writing skills; and
• (e)excellent command of written English and Chinese, high level of proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and sound knowledge of application software (including English and Chinese word processing, Excel and Powerpoint). Experience in Government / quasi-government bodies / public service sector will be an advantage.
