職責
受聘人將主要負責處理有關政府檔案管理事宜,提供一般行政支援服務,如協調物業及樓宇管理。
The appointee will be mainly responsible for matters in relation to the management of government records; he/she will also assist in other administrative support service, such as coordinating accommodation and building management matters.
入職條件
本職位男女均可申請,申請人必須-
(a) 持有本港大學學位,或同等學歷;及
(b) 在香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3等級或以上成績,或具同等學歷[參閱附註(h)];及
(c) 在考取大學學位後獲得最少十年行政管理工作經驗;及
(d) 熟悉電腦軟件應用包括英文打字及試算表等。
(具備政府/半政府/公營機構工作經驗者將獲優先考慮。)
This position is open to both male and female. Candidates should have –
(a) a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
(b) obtained Level 3 or above in Chinese language and English language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent; [See General Notes (h)].
(c) at least 10 years post qualification working experience at managerial level in the field of office administration; and
(d) sound knowledge on the application of computer software including English Word processing and Excel, etc.
(Experience in government or quasi-government bodies or public service sector will be an advantage.)
