職責
(1) 接聽及處理顧客的電話、電郵或書面查詢/投訴及回覆;
(2) 負責收集、輸入及分析數據;
(3) 提供一般後勤支援;
(4) 負責一般的櫃位服務;
(5) 主動與顧客接觸,搜集客戶意見、建立及維繫客戶關係;
(6) 協助市場營銷/會員活動;及
(7) 執行其他由上司委派之工作。

(a) 工作地點:九龍灣/元朗(實際工作地點將由香港郵政按運作需要作出安排)
(b) 工作時間:每週工作5至6天,總基本工作時數為48小時,即平均每天工作8至9.6小時(包括1小時用膳時間)。(實際工作時間將由香港郵政按運作需要作出安排)

入職條件

(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)/E級或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;及
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績,或具同等學歷。
(3) 熟悉電腦操作及應用軟件,包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Access、中文輸入法;
(4) 參加面試的應徵者須接受英文及中文打字速度測試;
(5) 能操流利廣東話及英語,宜通曉普通話;
(6) 具一年或以上客戶服務/熱線中心經驗者優先考慮;及
(7) 積極進取,具自發性及良好團隊精神。
(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)/E級或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷;及

(ii) Level 2 (Note 3)/Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(2) Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
(3) Be familiar with computer operations and common software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Chinese word processing, etc.;
(4) Applicants attending the selection interviews are required to take typing test of English and Chinese;
(5) Be fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
(6) Preferably have one year or above post-qualification working experience in customer service/hotline center; and
(7) Be proactive, self-motivated and a good team player.
