在中學外籍英語教師組內擔任二級計劃主任。有關的職責包括： (a)擔任外籍英語教師區域統籌員，並協助本地公營中學推行以英語為母語的英語教師加強計劃 (下稱中學「英語教師」加強計劃)； (b) 為中學英文科教師，包括以英語為母語的英語教師 (下稱「英語教師」) ，籌備及舉辦中央、地區性和校本專業發展講座及工作坊； (c)發展教學資源及策略，以支援中學英國語文課程之學與教的推行； (d)擔當課程領導者角色,帶領「英語教師」及英文科教師發展校本英國語文課程，並落實由教育局及課程發展議會所制定有關英國語文課程文件內的建議； (e)建立及維繫英文科教師區域聯網，以推動教師分享資源及舉辦聯校英文科活動； (f)協助外籍英語教師區域統籌小組策劃、進行、監察及評估有關研究與發展的項目工作； (g)透過共同備課，為參與研發項目的學校提供適切的到校支援服務； (h)協助籌辦全港性比賽，以提升中學生參與英語活動的興趣和動機； (i)協助收集、整理及分析在中學「英語教師」加強計劃下與「英語教師」工作調配有關的數據資料； (j)配合及推行外籍英語教師區域統籌小組的工作，並定期向主管商討及匯報工作進度； (k)執行與外籍英語教師區域統籌小組有關的日常行政工作；以及 (l) 如有需要，按教育局局長或其指定人員的要求，執行與中學「英語教師」加強計劃有關的其他職務。

(a) To undertake the role of a Regional NET Coordinator and assist in the implementation of the Enhanced NET Scheme in local secondary schools in the public sector; (b) To organise and conduct centralised, district-based and school-based professional development seminars and workshops for secondary English teachers, including NETs; (c) To develop materials and strategies which support the learning and teaching of the Secondary English Language curriculum; (d) To act as curriculum leader to support NETs and other English panel members in the development of a school-based English Language curriculum and the implementation of the recommendations from the relevant English Language curriculum documents published by the EDB and CDC; (e) To build and maintain regional networks of English Panels to foster the sharing of resources and to organise joint-school English activities; (f) To assist the Regional NET Coordinating Team (RNCT) head in planning, conducting, monitoring and evaluating research and development projects; (g) To provide on-site support for schools participating in research and development projects through taking part in collaborative planning sessions; (h) To assist in organising competitions for secondary students to enhance their interest and motivation to engage in English activities; (i) To assist in collecting, compiling and analysing data on the deployment of NETs in secondary schools under the Enhanced NET Scheme; (j) To contribute to the work of the RNCT as an effective member, and to consult and report regularly to the supervisors on work progress; (k) To perform administrative duties related to the day-to-day operation of the RNCT; and (l) To perform any other duties with regard to the Enhanced NET Scheme as and when required by the Secretary for Education or such other officers as the Secretary may nominate.
