- (a)協助處理在「為無律師代表訴訟人提供法律意見的試驗計劃」（「計劃」）下提交的申請，包括錄取當事人的案件背景及預備進一步處理申請所須的文件；
- (b)安排社區／常駐律師與成功申請人會面；
- (c)在會面前安排把文件送遞予社區／常駐律師；
- (d)處理一般查詢；以及
- (e)協助計劃運作及向公眾提供服務。
職責
- (a)To assist in processing applications under the Pilot Scheme to Provide Legal Advice for Litigants in Person (“the Scheme”), including taking case background of applicants and preparing the necessary documents for further processing of the applications;
- (b)to arrange appointments between community/resident lawyers and successful applicants;
- (c)to arrange delivery of the documents to the community/resident lawyer before the appointment;
- (d)to handle general enquiries; and
- (e)to assist in the operation of the Scheme and the provision of services to the public.
入職條件
申請人須：
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)於香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達第2等級或以上，或同等學歷；以及
- (c)具備最少兩年法律範疇相關工作經驗。
Candidates should:
- (a)have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
- (b)have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
- (c)at least two years’ relevant working experience in the legal field.
