職責
獲取錄的申請人須:(a)就與人事有關的事務提供支援及協助;(b)向職員提供有關人事事務的訓練;(c)擬備文件及編製各類統計報表;以及(d)執行上司指派的其他工作。(註:工作時間和地點或會按部門運作需要而變更。)
The successful candidate will be required to (a) provide support and assistance to personnel related matters; (b) provide training to staff on personnel matters; (c) draft documents and compile various statistical returns; and (d) perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. (Note : The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department.)
入職條件
申請人必須-(a)具備至少15年全職人事事務工作經驗,當中至少十年曾擔任人事室的主管人員;以及(b)具備優良的中英文書寫及會話能力(曾在公營機構從事有關工作者將獲優先考慮)。
Applicants should have – (a) at least 15 years' full time working experience in personnel matters, among which at least 10 years of experience as an officer in charge of a personnel office; and (b) strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese. (Preference will be given to candidates with relevant working experience in public sector.)
