職責
1. 傳訊主任負責傳訊策略,包括組織內容、制訂關鍵訊息、確立傳訊風格等,以迎合不同的讀者、推廣節目或傳媒報導;
2. 每日管理/編輯不同傳訊渠道的內容,包括正統的刊物 (如專題文章、通訊)、宣傳印刷品 (如小册子、短篇)、網站等,工作覆蓋撰稿、翻譯、審閱及保證內容的質素。
1. The Communication Specialist is responsible for developing the communication strategy including content structuring, formulation of key messages, defining the style of communication, etc. catering for different target audience or marketing events or media coverage.
2. Work as the content manager / editor on a day-to-day basis for various channels of communication including formal publications (e.g. articles, newsletter), publicity materials (e.g. brochures, pamphlets), website, etc. covering all copywriting, translation, vetting and quality assurance of contents.
入職條件
申請人必須 –
1. 有良好的教育背景,以持有本港大學頒授的學士學位或同等學歷為佳(申請人如未有大學學位,則必須持有香港大專院校頒授的傳理學、市場學、新聞或相關學科的認可文憑,或同等學歷);
2. 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3等級或以上,或具備同等成績 (政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。);
3. 具5年或以上市場傳訊、企業傳訊、撰稿或編輯的工作經驗;
4. 有網上出版及社交媒體的工作經驗者,將獲優先考慮;
5. 理解效率促進組或同等顧問機構的工作;
6. 有能力建議及執行計劃;及願意在緊迫時間內完成工作;
7. 具備優良的組織及溝通技巧;及良好的審校中英文的能力。
Candidates should –
1. Have a good education, preferably at degree level from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent (Applicants without a degree should possess an accredited diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent);
2. Have Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (for appointment purpose, “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
3. Have at least 5 years of marketing communications, corporate communications, copywriting or editorial experience;
4. Past experience in web publications and social media will be an advantage;
5. Have a good understanding of the work of the Efficiency Unit or an equivalent consulting organization;
6. Be able to propose and implement ideas; and being prepared to meet tight deadlines; and
7. Have strong organisational and communication skills; and good editing skills in both English and Chinese.
