職責
- (a)To assist in formulating the direction, objectives and work plan of the section & reviewing the implementation of the curriculum reform;
- (b)To assist in staff management;
- (c)To supervise, coordinate and participate in research and development projects, diagnosis, evaluation and assessment exercises relevant to curriculum development measures;
- (d)To coordinate support services, activities and programmes on a sectional level and evaluate their impact on school-based curriculum development;
- (e)To lead officers to support school-based curriculum and leadership development for Liberal Studies, language across the curriculum and cross-curricula development;
- (f)To provide on-site support to secondary schools implementing curriculum initiatives on a school level and evaluate their impact;
- (g)To facilitate capacity building among staff of the Section; and
- (h)To liaise and work in collaboration with schools in relation to the implementation of school-based curriculum development measures.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授有關人文學科、理科、語文科的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績或具備同等學歷[參閱註(iii)]；
- (d)於取得有關學歷後，具有不少於10年教學及課程發展、校本支援服務或教師培訓的經驗[參閱註(iv)]；申請人如在下列範疇具有領導經驗：(i)新高中通識教育科的課程發展；或(ii)跨學科語文學習的課程發展、或跨課程發展、或學校層面的課程規劃/發展，可獲優先考慮；
- (e)具備良好的英文及中文能力；
- (f)熟悉本地教育制度及近年的課程改革情況，並對本地及國際現時的校本課程發展趨勢及照顧學生需要有相當認識；以及
- (g)具備領導才能並能掌握良好的溝通、人際及表達技巧。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in humanities, science, languages or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or equivalent;
- (c)'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
- (d)At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and curriculum development, school-based support service or teacher education [see Note (iv)]. Preference will be given to those with experiences in leading
- (i)curriculum development in New Senior Secondary Liberal Studies; or
- (ii)curriculum development in language across the curriculum, or cross curricula development, or school-level curriculum planning/development;
- (e)Good command of both English and Chinese;
- (f)Good knowledge of the local education system and recent curriculum reform, and high level of awareness of current trends in school-based curriculum development and catering for student needs in both local and international settings; and
- (g)Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
入職條件(註)
- (i)高級課程主任[校本課程發展(中學)/通識教育]職位的申請日期為2012年9月14日(星期五)至2012年9月28日(星期五)。
- (ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iii)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或普通教育文憑(高級程度)英國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，則會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的人士，在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合高級課程主任職位的英語能力要求。 IELTS 考試成績必須在上述職位開始接受申請的首天(即2012年9月14日)仍然有效。[參閱上列註(i)]
- (iv)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
- (v)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有教育局高級課程主任職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人在基本法測試(學位/專業程度職系)的成績，會用作評核是否適合獲聘的其中一個考慮因素，但不會影響其申請教育局高級課程主任職位的資格。原則上，申請人的學歷、經驗和才能仍然是考慮其是否適合獲聘的主要因素。
- (vi)申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
