- (a)監察由古物古蹟辦事處委派和實施為歷史建築物進行的維修保養、修葺及修復工程；
- (b)為歷史建築物的狀況調查預備摘要和相關的照片記錄；
- (c)協助準備招標工程文件包括測量、估算及準備設計/施工圖；
- (d)協助查核工程費用預算的數量，並協助查核承辦商的付款申請書；
- (e)安排和視察由古蹟辦負責管理的法定古蹟和其他已評級歷史建築物的小型工程；
- (f)擬備清單，記錄來自歷史建築物的廢棄物料和文物，並予以更新，以便在修葺和修復工程中再用此等物料。
職責
- (a)To monitor the maintenance, repair and restoration works of historic buildings assigned and initiated by the Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO);
- (b)To prepare notes and relevant photographic records for condition surveys of historic buildings;
- (c)To assist in preparing tender documents including survey, estimation and details / tender drawings;
- (d)To assist in checking quantities for estimates of works and assist in checking contractors’ payment applications;
- (e)To arrange and inspect minor works of declared monuments and other historic buildings that are under the management of AMO; and
- (f)To prepare inventories of salvaged materials and relics from historic buildings and update stock lists for possible beneficial reuse of these materials in repair and restoration works.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港任何一間理工學院、理工大學、香港專業教育學院、香港科技學院或工業學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)具備至少五年全職有關建築工程的工作經驗；及
- (c)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試中，考獲五科第2級或同等或以上成績[見註1]，其中包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港中學會考中，考獲五科第2級/E級或以上成績[見註2]，其中包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷。
- (a)have a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic, polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, a technical college or a technical institute, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least five years' full-time working experience in building works; and
- (c)
- (i)have Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see Note 1], or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 2 /Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [see Note 2], or equivalent.
