職責
(a) 負責文件傳送的工作;
(b) 負責接待處的工作,包括回覆簡單的電話查詢、收發文件及接待到訪者;
(c) 擔任勞動工作,包括搬移傢俱及辦公室用品;
(d) 執行簡單的辦公室支援工作,例如:影印、傳真及釘裝文件、基本的辦公室文儀用品保養、文件分類、為會議及到訪者備茶和簡單的清潔工作等;
(e) 外勤工作;以及
(f) 執行其他上級指派的工作。
(a) To perform receipt and dispatch of documents;
(b) To man the reception counter, including answering simple telephone enquiries, acknowledging receipt of documents and receiving visitors;
(c) To undertake miscellaneous manual work such as moving furniture and office equipment;
(d) To perform simple office duties such as photocopying, faxing and binding of documents, office equipment maintenance, sorting of materials, opening and locking of rooms, serving tea for meetings and visitors and cleansing work;
(e) To perform outdoor work; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
(a) 完成中三課程;
(b) 能操流利廣東話;
(c) 能閱讀及書寫簡單中英文;以及
(d) 能執行簡單中英文電腦文書處理工作。
(a) Completion of Form 3;
(b) Able to speak fluent Cantonese;
(c) Able to read and write simple Chinese and English; and
(d) Able to perform simple Chinese and English word processing.
