a) Monitor remedial actions of defective works and outstanding works of construction project; <br>b) Monitor consultants to complete final accounts and issue the Defect Liability Certificate upon the completion of Defect Liability Period; <br>c) Check and agree variation orders prepared by the consultants; <br>d) Arrange reimbursements to a partner organisation on their payments to the main Contractor / lead consultant / Quantity Surveyor consultant; <br>e) Monitor and assist the consultant to settle claims by the contractor if any.

The applicant should <br> <br>

• (a)Be a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong, or equivalent; <br>
• (b)Have at least five years’ relevant post-qualification experience;

• (c)Have met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
• (d)Have extensive knowledge and working experience in staff management and implementation of building projects; and <br>
• (e)Have good knowledge of government operations and procedures in the delivery of building projects under the Public Works Programme.
