• 1.To prepare press releases, feature stories, publicity materials, publications, etc;
• 2.To formulate strategies and implementation plans for promoting and implementing large-scale campaigns and events;
• 3.To assist in overall co-ordination and organisation of various activities/events/functions;
• 4.To organise press conferences, special promotional projects, and other media events; and
• 5.To perform any other duties as and when required.

Candidates should:-

• 1.Have a bachelor degree in journalism or communication from a Hong Kong university or equivalent; and at least 10 years’ full-time post-qualification experience in the field of publicity/media relations; or a diploma in journalism or communication from a registered post-secondary college issued after the date of its registration, or equivalent; and at least 15 years’ full-time post-qualification experience in the field of publicity/public relations;
• 2.Have in-depth knowledge of the operation of the Government and or the public sector;
• 3.Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• 4.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
