- 1.監督綜合調解辦事處和建築物管理調解統籌主任辦事處的運作，舉辦調解資訊講座，並向訴訟人提供調解前咨詢服務； <br> <br>2. 監督司法機構所有在原訟法庭和區域法院就民事程序提供的調解服務（包括婚姻訴訟和建築物管理的調解案件）； <br> <br>3. 協助法官及司法人員和高級人員確定能以調解作為解決爭議替代方式的範疇，為推廣調解而成立的工作小組提供支援，並與其他支援人員協調以籌劃所推展的策略； <br> <br>4. 制定推廣調解的宣傳策略，並監督有關宣傳計劃及公共關係活動； <br> <br>5. 在推廣調解方面，代表司法機構聯絡本地及國際的調解專業團體、政府部門和其他相關團體； <br> <br>6. 為法官及司法人員和支援人員的調解培訓課程提供意見；以及 <br> <br>7. 執行高級人員指派的其他職務。

職責
- 1.To oversee the operation of the Integrated Mediation Office and the Building Management Mediation Coordinator’s Office and conduct information sessions and provide pre-mediation consultations to litigants; <br> <br>2. To oversee mediation service in the Judiciary in all civil proceedings in the Court of First Instance and the District Court, including matrimonial cases and building management mediation cases; <br> <br>3. To assist judges and judicial officers and senior officers in identifying areas where mediation can be deployed as an alternative dispute resolution, provide support in working group
- (s)set up on promoting mediation and map out the implementation strategy in co-ordination with other fellow supporting staff; <br> <br>4. To formulate publicity strategy on mediation and oversee implementation of publicity programmes and public relation activities to promote the use of mediation; <br> <br>5. To liaise with local and international mediation professional bodies, government departments and other related bodies on the promotion of mediation as a representative of the Judiciary; <br> <br>6. To advise on training programmes on mediation for both judges and judicial officers and supporting staff; and <br> <br>7. To carry out any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須－ <br> <br>
- (a)已根據《社會工作者註冊條例》（第505章）註冊為註冊社會工作者（第1類）； <br> <br>
- (b)持有本港大學的社會工作／心理學／法律學士學位，或具同等學歷，或持有認可大學或院校的社會工作／心理學／輔導／精神科學／法律學士學位以上資格； <br> <br>
- (c)於獲得(b)項的資格後，具備最少15年上述範疇的工作經驗，當中最少8年須為綜合及／或家庭調解事務範疇； <br> <br>
- (d)已成為香港調解資歷評審協會有限公司認可的綜合調解員及家事調解員；以及 <br> <br>
- (e)具有良好的人際及溝通技巧，並能以中文及英文有效溝通。
Candidates should have – <br> <br>
- (a)registered as registered social worker (category 1) under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Chapter 505); <br> <br>
- (b)a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in social work / psychology / law or a post-graduate qualification in social work / psychology / counseling / psychiatry / law from a recognised university or approved institution; <br> <br>
- (c)at least 15 years’ post-qualification working experience in the above fields, among which at least eight years are in the field
- (s)of general and/or family mediation; <br> <br>
- (d)been accredited as a family mediator and a general mediator as required by the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (“HKMAAL”); and <br> <br>
- (e)good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
