(a) To assist a core team of professionals in development, implementation and evaluation of projects and programmes related to supporting students with diverse needs in kindergartens; (b) To manage the scheduling, implementation, coordination and progress of the projects and programmes; (c) To provide consultation to schools participating in projects and programmes; (d) To plan, coordinate and conduct various training activities, sharing and promotion seminars for school personnel, parents and support professionals; (e) To provide supervision to Project Officer; and (f) To perform any other related duties as required.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other relevant disciplines, or equivalent [see Notes (i) and (iii)]; (b) A minimum of five years of relevant post-degree experience [see Note (iv)]; (c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (v)]; (d) Candidates who have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other relevant disciplines, or equivalent preferred [see Note (ii)]; (e) Working experience in educational projects and research preferred; (f) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; (g) Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and organization skills; ability to work independently and as a team; and (h) Candidates are required to attend written test and interview.
