高級管事的主要職責是提供家居服務，包括清潔打掃、洗燙、宴會烹調和備席、招待酒會賓客等。高級管事也需要督導家傭工作和編定值勤表，以及安排保養、維修和更換家居物品和陳設。(註：高級管事須穿着制服、不定時工作和輪班當值，以及因應運作需要而留宿候命。超時工作以補假作償。)
職責
A Senior Domestic Steward is mainly deployed on provision of domestic services, including cleaning, tidying-up places, laundry and ironing work, cooking and preparing for banquets, serving of guests in receptions, etc. A Senior Domestic Steward is also required to supervise the work of domestic servants and organise duty roster, as well as to arrange maintenance, repairing and replacement of household items and furnishings.
Note:
A Senior Domestic Steward is required to wear uniform, work irregular hours and on shift duty; and ‘live-in’ if necessary due to operational needs. Overtime work will be compensated by time-off in lieu.
入職條件
申請人須 - <br>
- (a)在家居服務方面(如清潔打掃及洗燙)，或在大戶家庭或大型機構(如會所、酒店或食肆)招待賓客方面，具備最少三年工作經驗； <br>
- (b)能操流利粵語、簡單英語和普通話； <br>
- (c)能閱讀及書寫中文和簡單英文；以及 <br>
- (d)具備良好的人際溝通技巧。
Candidates should:- <br>
- (a)have at least three years’ working experience in a position which provides domestic service (e.g. cleaning, tidying-up places, laundry and ironing work), or serves guests in a large household or establishment (e.g. clubs, hotels or restaurants); <br>
- (b)be able to communicate in fluent Cantonese, simple English and Putonghua; <br>
- (c)be able to read and write Chinese and simple English; and <br>
- (d)have good interpersonal and communication skills.
