評估各政府部門／決策局其內部監控的執行成效及其涵蓋範圍是否足夠、執行財務會計、成本及管理會計、系統發展、貸款／基金管理及其他相關財務／會計的職責等。
職責
To evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of government bureaux /departments, perform duties on financial accounting, cost and management accounting, system development, loan / fund management and other financial / accounting related duties, etc.
入職條件
申請人須 – <br>
- (a)為香港會計師公會註册會計師，或具同等資格； <br>
- (b)於獲得資格後，具備至少一年相關工作經驗； <br>
- (c)在香港中學文憑考試英國語文科及中國語文科成績分別達「第5級」或以上及「第4級」或以上(註)，或具同等學歷；及 <br>
- (d)能操流利粵語及英語。
Candidates should - <br>
- (a)be Certified Public Accountants of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent; <br>
- (b)have at least one year’s relevant post-qualification experience; <br>
- (c)have Level 5 or above in ”English Language” and Level 4 or above in “Chinese Language” of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note) or equivalent ; and <br>
- (d)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
入職條件(註)
以下考試成績會獲接納為等同香港中學文憑考試英國語文科的「第5級」成績：
- (a)香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績；
- (b)綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷「二級」成績； 及
- (c)International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級6.5或以上(同一次考試中各項個別分級的成績須不低於6)。而該IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期首日（即2019年10月18日）仍然有效。 <br> <br>以下考試成績會獲接納為等香港中學文憑考試中國語文科的「第4級」成績：
- (a)香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化或中國語文及文學科「D」級或以上的成績；及(b)綜合招聘考試的中文運用試卷「一級」或以上的成績。
